Monomad: Expressions and portraits [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Happy start to the week, dear friends of the community and lovers of black and white photography. I hope you are all doing great and had an excellent weekend. Today I want to start the week by sharing some portraits I took at a freestyle event. I hope you enjoy the photographs.

Feliz inicio de semana, queridos amigos de la comunidad y amantes de la fotografía en blanco y negro, espero que todos se encuentren genial y hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana. Hoy quiero comenzar la semana compartiendo algunos retratos que hice en un evento de freestyle, espero que disfruten de las fotografías.

As I have always mentioned, I love capturing the expressions on the competitors' faces, because they are never the same. They all have an expression that distinguishes them according to the situation the competitor is in, whether it be happiness, tranquility, patience, or annoyance. It all depends on the environment.

Como siempre he mencionado, soy un amante de capturar las expresiones en los rostros de los competidores, porque nunca son similares, todos tienen una expresión que los distingue según la situación en la que se encuentre el competidor, ya sea felicidad, tranquilidad, paciencia o molestia, todo depende del ambiente.

As I usually take these photographs on the street, there are many colors that can distract the eye, so I personally think that viewing these photographs in black and white is the best way to give more impact to the final result, thus highlighting each of the expressions I mentioned earlier.

Como en la mayoría de ocasiones hago estas fotografías en la calle, hay muchos colores que pueden distraer los ojos, por eso ver estas fotografías en blanco y negro personalmente me parece la mejor manera de dar más impacto al resultado final, resaltando así cada una de las expresiones que he mencionado anteriormente.
