It's a token that benefits Hive Pakistan, but offers you a nice tip you can give out once a day once you own ten tokens. It also pays you a daily Hive dividend once you have ten, and gives you a daily curation on your posts depending on how many you own. The are relatively expensive and right now the ones for sale are priced to high. You should be paying around 4 Hive for one.

Pakx receives HP through Delegation. On top of this, it earns HP as curation rewards. Half of the curation rewards are distributed to people daily, based on their Delegations, in the form of Pakx tokens.
Each Pakx generated is backed by at least 2+ value in HP. No Pakx can be created without locking more than twice its value in HP. This HP is then delegated to HivePakistan to generate liquid HIVE daily.
Out of the generated HIVE, 50% is given as dividends to Pakx holders (note: the Pakx token cannot be staked), and the remaining 50% is used to power up again, fueling future dividends.
Pakx is printed at a fixed rate based on HP earned from delegations, where for every 2 HP earned from delegation, 1 Pakx comes into existence. While the dividends per Pakx start off slowly, they experience exponential growth over time.

Thank you, I try to wrap up in order to understand if I understood with two quwstions. I delegate hivepakistan and I receive Paks back or hive back? If I buy Paks, I receive Paks back? If I have 10 Paks, I can send ! Paks command once a day.

If you delegate to hivepakistan, u receive liquid hive back at more than 8% yearly rate, according to current dynamic inflation.
If your delegate to pakx, then you receive liquid pakx back at more than 4% yearly rate, according to current dynamic inflation.
If you buy something, you get same thing. This question is confusing for me.
There is no such thing as 10 pakx or 250 pakx as fixed number. They r dynamic numbers and can increase or decrease in future. Currently, yes, u can use
!PAKXonce a day for holding 10 pakx. But I will recommend holding atleast 250 pakx to make sure u r using command once a day during high difficulty days in future.CC: @thebighigg
