¡Bienvenidos a un nuevo post! Este mes es muy especial para mí porque es el cumpleaños de una de las personas más importantes en mi vida: mi hermano. Desde hace algunos años, emigró, y estar separados ha hecho que pierda un poco el interes por celebrar su día. Pero este año, quise cambiar eso con una pequeña sorpresa.
No fue una tarea fácil, ya que él vive lejos de la capital y encontrar la forma de hacerle llegar algo especial fue todo un reto. Sin embargo, la tecnología siempre encuentra la manera de acercarnos, y en esta ocasión, PedidosYa se convirtió en mi mejor aliado. Con el intenso calor en Argentina, un helado parecía el regalo perfecto, así que me puse manos a la obra.
Google Maps también hizo su magia y logré ubicar la heladería más cercana, que, para mi fortuna, resultó ser una de las mejores del país, Lucciano’s. Su menú de helados es simplemente irresistible, así que elegí un litro con cuatro sabores distintos. El proceso fue súper rápido; en menos de 15 minutos, mi hermano ya tenía el pedido en sus manos. Algo curioso del pedido fue cuando me preguntaron si quería agregar cucuruchos. Sin saber exactamente qué eran, respondí que sí, y luego descubrí que se trataba de los conos de helado.
El costo aproximado fue de 20 dólares al cambio, pero lo más valioso de todo fue ver la felicidad de mi hermano al recibir este pequeño gesto. Aunque estemos lejos, siempre buscamos maneras de recordarle que su familia lo tiene presente, sin importar la distancia.

Welcome to a new post! This month is very special for me because it is the birthday of one of the most important people in my life: my brother. For a few years now, he emigrated, and being separated has made me lose a little interest in celebrating his day. But this year, I wanted to change that with a little surprise.
It wasn't an easy task, as he lives far away from the capital and finding a way to get him something special was a challenge. However, technology always finds a way to bring us closer, and on this occasion, PedidosYa became my best ally. With the intense heat in Argentina, an ice cream seemed like the perfect gift, so I got to work.
Google Maps also worked its magic and I managed to locate the nearest ice cream shop, which, to my good fortune, turned out to be one of the best in the country, Lucciano's. Their ice cream menu is simply irresistible, so I chose a liter with four different flavors. The process was super fast; in less than 15 minutes, my brother had the order in his hands. Something curious about the order was when I was asked if I wanted to add cones. Without knowing exactly what they were, I said yes, and then I found out that they were ice cream cones.
The approximate cost was $20 at the exchange rate, but the most valuable thing of all was to see my brother's happiness when he received this small gesture. Even though we are far away, we always look for ways to remind him that his family has him in mind, no matter the distance.
