Esta es mi participación vez en este encuentro de @talentos invita a escribir sobre "Nunca es tarde", con un tema que tiene mucha tela que contar, si escribí contar, porque cada quien corta esa tela en su mejor manera de contar lo que piensa de sobre "Nunca es tarde".

Si la dicha es buena

Debo decir, que siempre me pasa, solo con leer el título que propone mi amiga Angélica, con solo leer, mi mente explota en muchas ideas y en lo primero que pensé fue en una frase célebre que de paso siempre la utilizo y es Nunca es tarde si la dicha es buena y es que esa frase, aunque parezca sencilla, encierra una verdad profunda que me acompaña en cada paso, porque siempre me recuerda que los tiempos no siempre son los nuestros, que a veces lo que esperamos tarda, pero justo cuando llega, simplemente llega con mucho mas con más sentido.

Nunca es tarde si la dicha es buena me ha servido para no rendirme, para volver a intentar, para mirar hacia adelante incluso cuando el camino se pone cuesta arriba y no se imaginan que muchas veces se ha puesto muy cuesta arriba, pero de pana no es nada que no pueda superar y allí justo allí es cuando la dicha es buena.

Cada vez que la repito, siento que le hablo a mi pasado a esa historia, a mis sueños, a esas metas que por momentos parecen lejanas, pero que siguen vivas, muchas veces quienes me conocen saben que cuando felicito a alguien porque está cumpliendo años, y lo hago por un mensaje de WhatsApp esa frase Nunca es tarde si la dicha es buena feliz cumpleaños.

Además, esa frase también se complementa con otra que sé, que muchos que tenemos la juventud extendida podemos decir con toda propiedad de que, nunca es tarde para aprender algo jajaja y los que hacemos vida aquí en HIVE sabemos que eso es así, o es que no les pasas que aquí en HIVE hemos aprendido un mundo de oportunidades.

Ese nunca es tarde combina muy bien con, nunca es tarde para pedir perdón, además tampoco nunca es tarde para reencontrarse, pero sobre todo yo particularmente siempre también digo que nunca es tarde para empezar de nuevo.

A veces nos pasa que por algún momento perdemos nuestro norte suele pasar u es justo allí cuando puedo decir que nunca es tarde para volver a creer, a creer en uno mismo y eso solo te lo da la experiencia, la vida esa vida que hemos recorrido paso a paso, con caídas y levantándose de nuevo sacudir las rodillas y seguir, pero para seguir tienes que creer en ti.

Justo eso me provocó el título de Angélica, simplemente fue una chispa que encendió recuerdos, posibilidades, y sobre todo, gratitud. Porque si algo he aprendido, es que cuando la dicha llega, aunque tarde, vale cada segundo de espera.

Te digo desde lo mas profundo de mis pensamientos palabras que ya tú en algún momento estoy seguro de que escuchaste, te digo que nunca es tarde para llamar a mamá, así que agarra ese teléfono y solo llámala, verás que en ese momento es un nunca es tarde para ser feliz y si por pura casualidad tienes que pedir perdón recuerda que nunca es tarde para pedir perdón, además ese perdón también estará acompañado de un nunca es tarde para decir “te quiero” ese te quiero es posible que también esté unido a un nunca es tarde para amar

Existen muchos NUNCA ES TARDE, si gritado así como lo lees, porque nunca es tarde para nada, solo tienes que hacer lo que tienes que hacer y será en el tiempo perfecto.

I must say, it always happens to me—just by reading the title proposed by my friend Angélica, just by reading it, my mind explodes with many ideas, and the first thing I thought of was a famous phrase that I always use, and it is It’s never too late if happiness is true. And that phrase, although it may seem simple, holds a deep truth that walks with me every step of the way, because it always reminds me that time doesn’t always follow our plans, that sometimes what we’re waiting for takes a while, but when it finally arrives, it simply arrives with much more meaning.

It’s never too late if happiness is true has helped me not to give up, to try again, to look ahead even when the road gets steep—and you can’t imagine how many times it has gotten very steep—but honestly, it’s nothing I can’t overcome, and right there, in that exact moment, is when happiness becomes real.

Every time I repeat it, I feel like I’m speaking to my past, to that story, to my dreams, to those goals that sometimes seem far away but are still alive. Many people who know me are aware that when I congratulate someone on their birthday, and I do it through a WhatsApp message, I always include the phrase It’s never too late if happiness is true happy birthday.

Also, that phrase pairs perfectly with another one that I know many of us with extended youth can say with confidence: It’s never too late to learn something hahaha, and those of us who live and grow here on HIVE know that’s true—or hasn’t it happened to you that here on HIVE we’ve learned a world of opportunities?

That “never too late” goes hand in hand with It’s never too late to ask for forgiveness. And it’s never too late to reconnect either. But above all, I personally always say It’s never too late to start over.

Sometimes we lose our way for a moment—it happens—and it’s right there when I can say it’s never too late to believe again, to believe in yourself. And that only comes from experience, from life—that life we’ve walked step by step, with falls and getting back up, brushing off our knees and moving forward. But to move forward, you have to believe in yourself.

That’s exactly what Angélica’s title sparked in me—it was simply a spark that lit up memories, possibilities, and above all, gratitude. Because if I’ve learned anything, it’s that when happiness arrives, even if late, every second of waiting is worth it.

I’m telling you this from the deepest part of my thoughts—words I’m sure you’ve heard at some point—I’m telling you that It’s never too late to call your mom. So grab that phone and just call her. You’ll see that in that moment it’s a It’s never too late to be happy. And if by pure chance you need to ask for forgiveness, remember that It’s never too late to ask for forgiveness. That forgiveness will also be accompanied by It’s never too late to say “I love you”. And that “I love you” might also be tied to It’s never too late to love.
