Feliz noche amigos hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco del día de ayer y es que si no lo sabes los 22 de mayo se celebra el Bitcoin pizza day y esto se celebra porque en el año 2010 un programador pago 10.000 bitcoins por dos pizzas y con esto se dió un gran hito y se comenzó a utilizar las criptomonedas para compras. Y ayer los hivers que hacemos vida en la isla de Margarita asistimos a celebrar este día gracias a Pizzas Dao

Good evening friends, today I want to share with you a little about yesterday and if you don't know, May 22nd is celebrated as Bitcoin Pizza Day and this is celebrated because in 2010 a programmer paid 10,000 bitcoins for two pizzas and with this a great milestone was reached and cryptocurrencies began to be used for purchases. Cabe destacar que este evento se organizo en muy poco tiempo. Pero sin lugar a dudas todo fue posible gracias a @rlathulerie @sugarelys @rostego @claudimar @ulisg chicas de verdad que hicieron un trabajo maravilloso a pesar del estrés que vivieron. Al llegar al evento todavía las chicas estaban terminando algunas cosas.

It's worth noting that this event was organized in a very short time. But without a doubt, it was all possible thanks to @rlathulerie @sugarelys @rostego @claudimar @ulisg, the girls who did a wonderful job despite the stress they were under. When we arrived at the event, the girls were still finishing some things.

El lugar de este evento fue la pizzería Il nono, como llegamos temprano nos fuimos organizando, saludando a los que conocíamos y a los que no. Ya que está fue una reunión con bastantes personas y aún recuerdo que el año pasado nos reunimos para esta fecha y solo fuimos 18 es maravilloso ver cómo nuestra comunidad en la isla va creciendo.

The venue for this event was Il Nono pizzeria. Since we arrived early, we got organized, greeting those we knew and those we didn't. Since this was a gathering with quite a few people, and I still remember that last year we met for this date and there were only 18 of us, it's wonderful to see how our community on the island is growing.

Y por supuesto antes de que el evento empezará nos tomamos algunas fotos. Algo que me causa gracia es que los meseros del lugar preguntaron de que se trataba está reunión y porque tomábamos tantas fotos.

And of course, before the event began, we took some photos. Something that amuses me is that the waiters at the venue asked what this gathering was about and why we were taking so many photos.

Ellas son algunas de las chicas que son parte de la comunidad y además viven en el mismo municipio que yo así que fue un placer conocerlas y saber que forman parte de esta comunidad tan maravillosa como lo es Hive.

These are some of the girls who are part of the community and also live in the same municipality as me, so it was a pleasure to meet them and know that they are part of this wonderful community like Hive.

Chicas solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento por este trabajo tan maravilloso que hicieron y se que es solo el inicio de grandes cosas que vienen para Hive Margarita. Simplemente muchas gracias por toda su dedicación a este gran proyecto.

Una foto con los que iban llegando. Creo que nos faltó una foto donde estuviéramos todos, pero como les comento éramos un grupo grande y creo que era un poco más difícil tomar una foto de todos. Pero aún así está foto quedó muy linda.

Nos fuimos organizando para dar inicio al evento, al sentarnos teníamos un pequeño regalo y era una pulcera de Hive, y algunos stickers. Al dar inicio al evento las chicas dieron una pequeña introducción a lo que es el bitcoin pizza day y porque se celebra. Para que los que no sabían estén un poco más informados.

We got organized to kick off the event. When we sat down, we received a small gift: a Hive bracelet and some stickers. At the start of the event, the girls gave a brief introduction to what Bitcoin Pizza Day is and why it's celebrated. This was to help those who weren't familiar with it get a little more up-to-date.

Y llegaron las pizzas, tomamos algunas fotos y disfrutamos las deliciosas pizzas.

And the pizzas arrived, we took some photos and enjoyed the delicious pizzas.

También se hicieron unas rifas y disfrutamos de estar juntos. Está fue la primera vez que mi amiga @daifernandez0929 pudo asistir a uno de estos eventos de la comunidad de Hive aquí en la isla. Ahora tenemos pendiente mandar a hacerle su camisa con el logo de Hive Margarita.

There were also raffles, and we enjoyed being together. This was the first time my friend @daifernandez0929 was able to attend one of these Hive community events here on the island. Now we're waiting to have her shirt made with the Hive Margarita logo.
