My Trip to Graz!

Hi everyone! I’m Dovycola and I want to tell you about my trip to Graz for the Hive Buzzparty!

Wednesday, April 30

I had to wake up really early at 4:30 in the morning with @minigunner, my father. I was sooo sleepy, but I was super excited for the Buzzparty! At 5:00, we said goodbye to our house and took a taxi to Den Haag Centraal station.

We got there early and had to wait for an hour for our reserved train. We had a train to Utrecht Centraal, but it wasn’t there yet. Then we saw another train that was already waiting and going to Utrecht too! So we just took that one. It was faster because we didn’t have to wait for our reserved train. We were already on our way while our train was still riding to Den Haag Centraal station!

After that, we went to Düsseldorf. That took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. From there, we took another train to Munich. That ride was really long—5 hours! 😩

But then we were too late for our next train to Salzburg. We ran super fast to try to catch another one! We missed the train we reserved, but we found a different one. That ride was 1 and a half hours.

Then... we missed another train! The one from Salzburg to Graz. Ugh! But lucky us—we found a different train again. That one took 4 hours.

When we finally got to Graz, it was 10 o’clock at night. I was SO tired. We went to bed and I fell asleep right away in hotel Mercure. 😴 The next 4 days was the Buzzparty! But that’s a whole other story for you to read... 😊

Thursday, May 1

We woke up at 7 in the morning and got ready for the day! But first… breakfast! 🍞🍳

After we ate, we went for a walk in Graz. We also turned on Actifit. That’s a cool app that gives you crypto tokens just for walking and moving around! 😄 In the morning, we already walked 10,000 steps!

Later, we went back to our hotel (it’s called Hotel Mercure) and saw two other people from the Buzzparty—@growandbow and @edje! We talked for a bit, and then I saw something super weird… the Thedapplist logo on a wall! 😲 We took a picture of it and then went back to the hotel.

At 2 PM, the Buzzparty started in SpaceLend! 🎉 It was time to meet everyone and make new friends. And guess what? I made a friend! Her name is @llunasoul and she is REALLY good at drawing. 🖌️

@masterswatch was also super nice, and so was @mipiano! She gave me a special Hive stone! I made lots of new friends—not just online, but in real life too! 🐝💛 And I also met @stayoutoftherz and we spoke a bit about Chess, so I will try to be more active in chess tournaments. Thank you for the nice words you said about me 🙂

We also bought 2 NFTs from @nftshowroom! #Proofofhang !One was called "Spring Hypnosis" by @richardfyates, and my favorite one was "Serie 1: Hive" by @smile27. So cool! 🖼️✨

When it was time to go, we waited for half an hour and then went to a restaurant. We had food and drinks, but something funny happened… the waiter gave me a grown-up meal instead of a kids meal! 😂 It was so awkward but also really funny!

In the restaurant, there was a TV called CHiveTV. Get it? C-Hive-TV? 😄

After we ate, we found out something cool—two other people from the Buzzparty were staying near us! One was in a hotel right next to ours, and the other one was in the same hotel!

We also checked our steps and saw that we walked 20,000 steps the whole day! 😮🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

Then we went to sleep. Zzzzzz... 😴

Friday, May 2

When we woke up, we had breakfast and went to SpaceLend at 9 in the morning.

At 10 o’clock, the presentations started! My dad did a presentation about 3Speak at 11:30, and another one about Distriator at 3 in the afternoon.

At 12:30, I ate noodles! Yummy! 🍜

Something cool happened during my dad’s Distriator presentation. I already heard about it on May 1, but this time I saw that the Hive cards worked! You could use them to pay with Hive and send HBD to people! I even got my own Hive.io card! 😄

At 4 o’clock, we went to a super fun slide! Okay, the first part was just okay… but the last part was crazy! We went flying down soooo fast! It was hardcore! 💨 Even my dad did it! 😋

And the landscape was really awesome. 🌄

At 7 PM, we went to a restaurant. The food was huge—like, overfull! I couldn’t even eat half of it, but my dad helped me. I really love him so much! ❤️

At 8 PM, we went back to our hotel and went to sleep. Zzzzzz... 😴

Saturday, May 3

When I woke up, I felt a little sad. 😢 It was the last day of the Buzzparty, and I was going to miss it. They were doing Hive @cleanplanet, but I couldn’t go because we had to go back to the Netherlands.

I woke up at 4:30 in the morning (again!) and we went to the Graz train station to start our trip home.

This time, we had one less train change, but the train ride to Munich was longer—about 4 and a half hours. After that, we went to Düsseldorf, which took 5 and a half hours! 😮

But that was okay because we got candy and cookies on the train! 🍬🍪

Our train was half an hour late again... (why does that keep happening?? 😅) But we still made it!

When we got to Arnhem Centraal, our reserved train to Venlo was there, but we saw another train going straight to Den Haag Centraal! So we took that one instead.

We arrived in The Hague at 10 PM. This time, we didn’t take a taxi—we took the tram. I was so sleepy I almost fell asleep in the tram! 😴

When we got off, it was just a 3-minute walk to our house. So lucky!

When we got home, my mom was waiting for us. But she scared us with a fake spider on the ground—my sister got it from a friend. I got so scared, I thought I might get nightmares! 😱🕷️ But luckily, I didn’t.

Then I went to sleep. Zzzzzz...
