Mi segundo entrenamiento de 3 kilómetros/ My second 3 km training [Esp-Eng]

Hola, comunidad de @hive bienvenidos a mi blog. El día de hoy les traigo un trote junto a mi familia por mi pueblo Marigüitar.

Inicié junto a ellos desde mi comunidad Los Cocalitos, al inicio íbamos juntos, pero tuvimos que separarnos porque iba a trotar con mi hermano @cjmorillo, mi mamá @neilamarcano y mi hermana Sofía se quedaron atrás haciendo su recorrido, ellas no podían llevarnos el ritmo.

I started with them from my community Los Cocalitos, at the beginning we went together, but we had to separate because I was going to jog with my brother @cjmorillo, my mom @neilamarcano and my sister Sofia stayed behind doing their route, they could not keep up with us.

Después de salir de mi comunidad nos fuimos por calle Bolívar, plaza Mejía, luego tomamos calle Sucre, posteriormente agarramos por la carretera nacional, pasamos por el bulevar, hasta llegar a plaza Sucre, y en calle comercio me despedí de mi hermano César, ya que tenía que buscar mis medias de fútbol en casa de un amigo, además debido a que el día de mañana tengo juego no quería agotarme mucho, para no afectar mi rendimiento durante el partido de mañana.

After leaving my community we went through Bolivar street, Mejia square, then we took Sucre street, then we took the national road, we went through the boulevard, until we reached Sucre square, and in Comercio street I said goodbye to my brother Cesar, because I had to get my soccer socks at a friend's house, also because tomorrow I have a game I did not want to get too exhausted, so as not to affect my performance during tomorrow's game.

Dicho recorrido fue un poco emocionante debido a que iba con mi hermano prácticamente haciendo carreras, traté en todo momento de llevarle el ritmo, en total corrí 3.26 kilómetros en un tiempo de movimiento de 15 minutos con 11 segundos, en un ritmo promedio de 4 minutos con 39 segundos, mi parcial más rápido fue de 4:25. Esta es mi segunda carrera que hago junto a esta comunidad de @hiverun, espero que sea el inicio de muchas más.

This run was a bit exciting because I was practically running with my brother, I tried at all times to keep up with him, in total I ran 3.26 kilometers in a moving time of 15 minutes and 11 seconds, at an average pace of 4 minutes and 39 seconds, my fastest split was 4:25. This is my second race that I do together with this @hiverun community, I hope it will be the beginning of many more.

Este entrenamiento junto a mi hermano me gustó, porque saqué mi parte competitiva corriendo junto a él, me ayudan a mejorar mi resistencia, también me ayudan a mejorar en mis entrenamientos de fútbol, ya que constantemente ando corriendo de un lugar a otro en pleno partido, juego la posición de defensa y me exige estar activo dentro de la cancha. Tengo metas de progresar en mi RP y en la distancia en kilómetros.

I liked this training with my brother, because I got my competitive side running with him, they help me to improve my endurance, they also help me to improve in my soccer training, since I am constantly running from one place to another in the middle of the game, I play the defense position and it requires me to be active on the field. I have goals to progress in my PR and distance in kilometers.
