Step1//paso1
The first step is to make some cuts in the eggplant and put it in the air fryer. Then I chop the vegetables. When the eggplant has the consistency I want, I peel it and sauté the vegetables. I add oregano, garlic, and a little salt. I add the eggplant and crumble it with the vegetables.
El primer paso es hacerles unos cortes a la berenjena y llevarl a la freidora de aire , luego pico los vegetales cuando la berenjena tenga la consistencia que deseo le quito la cascara y los vegetales los llevo a sofreir le aplico oregano , ajo y un poco se sal le aplico la berenjena y desmenuzo con los vegetales
