Today I want to share with you the process that I am starting again to recover my nails, since due to a situation I had to visit another manicurist and my nails are currently destroyed, I put you in context, my nails are very weak and due to this situation I have to use strong protectors on them so that they can grow otherwise they will break.
Hola amigos de la colmena es un placer saludarles en esta nueva oportunidad , espero se encuentren bien y tengan un feliz inicio de semana el dia de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el proceso que comienzo nuevamente para recuperar mis uñas , ya que por situacion tuve que visitar otra manicurista y mis uñas actualmente esta destruidas, les pongo en contexto mis uñas son muy debiles y por esta situacion tengo que usar protectores fuerte en estas para que puedan crecer sino se me revientan

The first step is to clean my cuticles, this helps with their growth, they are placed backwards then removed with the drier and finally cut it with the cuticle cutter, now I put ruber on with a double layer so that it is strengthened
El primer paso es limpiar mis cuticulas esto ayuda con su crecimiendo , las van como colocandon hacia atras luego remueven con el driner y finalmente la corta con el corta cuticulas , ahora me coloca ruber con doble capa para que este fortalecidos

The rubber is placed on each nail and it is polished, they are filed in case there is any residue and then the paint is added, to finally add the protective shine
el ruber lo coloca en cada uña y nivela esta , las lima por si sobra residuos y luego le agrega la pintura , para finalmente agregarle el brillo protector
