
Hello everyone, today I am greeting everyone a bit late. Recently I have been wanting to exercise but I have not been able to do it to my full potential because the weather is still quite cold, so I have to exercise at home. I have not been able to do it to my full potential, so I have been able to exercise a little bit lately. Plus, the weather makes me feel bad. On days when the sun is out, I feel energetic to do many activities, but on days when the sun is not out, I feel bored, sad, and have no inspiration to live and do various activities.
My exercise is slow because I do not have a workout schedule. I can’t do any poses I want to do. I have no good management, plus my eating habits are still not well adjusted. I eat a lot, so my weight has not decreased completely. Lately, I have been cooking for myself and there are only delicious menus.
Looking for inspiration: They say to follow ten people who do activities that you like, and when you see them often, you will want to do the same things as them, which will inspire you. My problem right now is eating, because no matter how hard you exercise, eating is more important.
Some days I feel bored and don’t want to do anything. I have no energy, and the weather is not good, so I don’t want to do anything. If anyone has a way to get me motivated to exercise, please give me some advice. Because it's not just exercise. I don't want to do other activities.
