T1311 : Cromboloni Biscoff And Salted Caramel Creamy Macchiato

How are you all? I hope you are all well, I have a little bit of a cold, but I will stay strong and hopefully my cold will get better soon.

And even though I have a cold, it won't stop me from visiting a beautiful cafe that is famous in Medan. this time I came to a cafe that is famous for its croissants, T1311 is the name of this cafe. A cafe that sells various flavors and types of croissants and other desserts. Even so, the coffee in this cafe is also very good, this is the third time I have come to this cafe.

This is a cafe that has a beautiful interior and can make you comfortable, with the dominance of white and green colors will make you like being here. Although sometimes it is very crowded here, you will still be able to feel comfortable without being disturbed by other customers. But sometimes it will be difficult to get a table, so make sure to come at a time when it is not crowded with visitors.

Not only dessert or coffee, but this cafe also provides various other menus. There are several choices of appetizers such as fries, chicken karage and others, there are also comfort foods such as kwetiau, ifumie, fried chicken rice, and various choices of food with other rice menus, there are also pasta and signature meat platters. For the choice of drinks is also very much, there are various coffee variants, special drinks using coffee, mocktails, various teas, milkshakes, milktea and juices. And if you want to order croissants or other desserts you can come to their dessert stand.

Since it was already 3 pm, I had already had lunch and it was too early for dinner, so I decided to just order dessert and a cup of coffee.

Cromboloni Biscoff

There are several choices of Cromboloni, there are nutella, chocolate, strawberry, matcha and biscoff (it seems there are still several other variants). And this time my choice is Cromboloni biscoff, the biscoff sauce is inside the cromboloni and on the outside, and you will also get biscoff biscuits.

I have tried several flavors of cromboloni sold in this cafe, and I think this is the most fitting. The cromboloni already has a slightly sweet taste, so if it has a filling or topping that is too sweet it will not taste good in my opinion, therefore biscoff which has a sweet creamy taste makes it very suitable to be in this cromboloni. I really like this one.

Salted Caramel Creamy Macchiato

For the drink I chose to order salted caramel creamy macchiato, this drink is included in their special menu. Espresso, caramel sauce, salt, sweet cream and fresh milk are the ingredients used to make this drink. The perfect combination to be made into a drink, the sweet, bitter, creamy and slightly salty taste mix very well.

The taste of the coffee in this cafe is indeed no longer in doubt, because it is very delicious. They use coffee that does not have a strong sour taste, and that is the coffee that I like, and even though it has been mixed with several other ingredients, the taste of the coffee is still felt and dominates, so we can still enjoy the taste of the coffee.

Before drinking this coffee, don't forget to stir it first, so that the espresso mixes with the other ingredients, and the caramel sauce is not only on the top but also on the bottom.
