I don’t think he intended to steal from the beginning. He was thirsty, the Universe gave him water, and then he got greedy for more. I can sometimes sense negative energy; my observation skills for understanding eye movements and body language are sharp. I felt no suspicious behavior from him. I believe he only got the idea of stealing after he finished drinking.
