Self-esteem should be in your priorities

Something remind me today about the story pf the foolish stag which we learned pr memorize in our English and Urdu subject as it's add in our curriculum.

The Foolish stag!!!!

In the story, stag had proud on the beauty of his beautiful antlers while he feels sad for his poor and thin legs which he called ugly while one day his beautiful antlers caught him to the heard of dogs by caught in the bush while his ugly legs help him to run fast and at the end we get a conclusion Pride Hath a fall.

Here we can say that his body positivity harms him and put him in danger!!!!!

Body positivity!!!!

I see many people around me which are very positive about their body. They love themselves as it's their right too but at a certain point it's harm them too. But ats it's their life and we don't have any concerns about their life especially about their body as i can't do body shaming to anyone else although it's so common nowadays.

If i talk about mine, I'm positive about my body too, although a lot of people leave bad comments to me as you can say i also suffer body shaming but I'm the type of person if i feel It's okay then for me it's ok because about my body i can't focus on what other says.

Not only about body, some people leave poor compliments on our dress too and i also ignore those comments although sometimes they hurt's if they come out from the person we don't expect to say but they said then it hurts.

I never joined any gym to keep myself healthy and physically fit but i do walking to keep myself healthy but poor me can't walk much for teo months since my foot bone injury but as two months already passed i started a little walking to keep myself back on the track.

In my opinion, it's our dressing, our body then it depends on us how we want to keep it either we want to keep it chubby or slim. In this case I don't act like what other says because if i like it then I'll do it.

As far as i know till now my body positivity didn't put me any harm or in danger maybe because i keep it like a normal thing and don't think about it much. Many people leave arguments you're slim but actually the fact is that i don't want to get myself like a chubby girl as i think obesity can't mean cuteness or chubby but it means you're putting yourself slowly in different disease.
