
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. I hope you guys all are well and making great artwork and different recipes. As usual I am also here with my new recipe blog and for creative-sunday. Today I cooked Shami Kabab for lunch cravings 🤤 . This is my most favourite recipe that I made when nothing I found to make at home. These Kabab are known specially for making and eating in the evening. So I want to share with all of you my recipe let's start.
Ingredients
Half kg split chickpeas
250 gram chicken
Two onions
Ginger garlic
Green chillies
Two eggs
Spices
Salt
Cumin seeds
Grind coriander
Black pepper
Chilli flakes
Red chilli
Garam masala
Turmeric
Fresh green coriander
Lemon juice
Process
First I soaked split chickpeas for 20 minutes then I put it in a pan added whole ingredients and chicken also in it . I also added whole spices like salt turmeric red chilli and sabat garam masala. I added 4 glass water then boiled it under midum flame.

I boiled whole mixed until water dry and split chickpeas boiled. Then I took out from the stove and grind boiled mixture in the stone grinder.


I tasted the mixture that I grind then added fresh green coriander salt and black pepper. You guys if want more spicy then can add chat masala and chilli flakes. I mixed well then made midum sizes kabab with my hands.

I rested kabab for ten minutes then started to fry it after dipping in the blended egg. I took two eggs added a pinch salt and cumin seeds for frying the kabab.


I fried both sides until change colour into golden brown shade. I served it with yogurt raita and salad. For more taste we can also eat it with ketchup.
