Reducing The Rate At Which We Forget.....

Once in a while as an individual we do forget about something, it might not be intentional but we see ourselves in that situation. The Brain has the ability to remember and as well to also forget. Sometimes I do wonder why the brain can actually forget what it has so easily but I don't remember what was was forgotten as easy as the opposite. Situations where we will be stressed out can think we have done a particular thing without knowing we have not. Skip mind always occur it is not a bad thing too happen but the problem is what do you forget? The situation makes it worst for us to balance it to be normal. For example when you forget to fetch water and maybe later in the day when you remember you can rush down to fetch the water but you can't say such when it is something that is time frame base. When we talk about time frame base is something that you have to do at the particular time so when you do forget about it, it's always consequences or disadvantage. Sometime people have been drown out of their workplace because they forget to do a particular tasks, not because they don't want to do it but they were not able to remember to that.

Almost everyone of us have been in that situation or that tight corner of life. But what makes it different is individual ability to handle matters arising and the condition at which the incident happened (forgetting). I will say that forgetting, my own terms is the inability to remember at a particular given time. I have not experienced forgetting in a disadvantageous way, however I have a friend of mine who experience forgetting that turn out to be of great disadvantage to him. During his first Time to write Jamb, that was in the year 2017, he was told that he'll be writing jamb on a Saturday, after which he have been preparing for the exams, then he had a call for his home, that him rush down to his hometown, then along the process he was choke with activities there, that made him not to remember that his Exams are coming up on Saturday. It Skipped his mind does he did not even remember the exam was that close. However, we know how Nigeria works, then he have a senior professor who was in the school I wanted to get admission to and the senior professor was willing to help him secure the admission just for me to write his jamb and get him updated. Then on Monday that was when he now remember that he have exams and the worst part of it was, he did not inform any of his friend about the date of the exam and I wasn't aware also. That was how he lost writing the Jamb and not getting admission that year.

The brain itself has a way it functions that even when using Mastermind the brain to work the way you want other socal, physical, psychological and other factors can also prohibit your Brain From remembering. Sometimes sitting an alarm or notification can help you to remind you about something that you may forget. Sometimes it's also depend on the nature of the information, if it's something you can disclose then you can tell a close friend who can actually help you to remind you. If in a situation where it is not something you can easily disclose then you should find a means of letting the information being in your mind that you will not forget. Whichever way forgetting must occur, but how we manage to reduce the rate at which it occur make us unique and exceptional.
