RE: 3AM stroll at iconic "Hall Bazaar." in Amritsar.

I can only imagine how crowded and crazy that place must be in the busy time of day. I've been to a few areas like that and they are always full of life and a lot of fun. Great photos! You captured it well.

Day time and evening time is too. Crowded. It is alwsys better to avoid this stretch. Shops, tourist beggars all occupied this place. But the place remain vibrant because of the multiple varieties of stuffs available in the side lanes.

Do they have much trouble with crime in the area like theft and robberies or do the police do a good job of taking care of that?

Being one of the important spiritual places for sikh, there is no such thing happen. There are security personnel around bit no case of theft or robbery been reported.

That is great. Places like that in the US usually have a lot of pickpocketing and stuff like that.

As I mantioned the area is complely differrnt from rest part of the city's. It is a differrnt city within the city. It felt like I was on a differrnt country.

Interesting!
