Hey, WE didn't get any Ring of 3 Wishes on our last playthrough.... perhaps our DM is holding out on us?
Suppose it's possible they just removed that item from the 5th edition version printed in the 'Tales of the Yawning Portal' book. Eh... I think I'm still gonna go with it being the DM's fault. 😉
