But, Koudo Ikusei Academy is ANOTHER LEVEL, imagine a school that is not the typical one, it's like a mini city, with its own points economy, where everything you do matters a lot!

Forget about sitting at a desk, here you are divided into four classes, A, B, C and D, and the objective is to go up in class by earning points with tests and challenges... that idea hooked me, because it sounds original and with a ton of things to explore... but the best of all is how the academy is set up, each student is in a competition that goes far beyond the common exams. The tests aren't just about seeing who knows the most, they're also about how you work as a team and how smart you are at using strategies. One moment you're watching a test that feels like a math puzzle, where one point changes everything, then the next thing you know they're setting up 'games' between the classes. The tension is felt in every episode, each test is like a mini battle and if you mess something up or screw something up, you pay for it. I swear you'll be glued to the screen, wondering what's going to happen in the next challenge and how the characters are going to react under pressure.

En esta ocasión quiero compartir con todos ustedes, una nueva reseña, les hablaré de un anime bastante curioso pero que puede hacerles doler un poco la cabeza, les hablaré de: Classroom of the Elite y solo puedo decirles que es toda una experiencia.. a ver, al principio, uno piensa "ah, otro anime de escuela", ¿no? Pero, la Academia Koudo Ikusei es OTRO NIVEL, imaginate una escuela que no es la típica, es como una mini ciudad, con su propia economía de puntos, donde cada cosa que hacés, ¡importa un montón!

Olvidate de sentarte en un pupitre, acá te dividen en cuatro clases, A, B, C y D, y el objetivo es subir de clase ganando puntos con pruebas y desafíos.. esa idea me enganchó, porque suena original y con un montón de cosas por explorar.. pero lo mejor de todo es cómo está armada la academia, cada estudiante está en una competencia que va mucho más allá de los exámenes comunes. Las pruebas no son solo ver quién sabe más, sino también ver cómo trabajas en equipo y qué tan inteligente eres para usar estrategias.. en un momento estás viendo un examen que parece un acertijo matemático, donde un punto te cambia todo, luego al toque ya están armando 'juegos' entre las clases.. la tensión se siente en cada episodio, cada prueba es como una mini batalla y si te equivocaste o arruinas algo, la pagas. Te juro que te quedas pegado a la pantalla, pensando qué va a pasar en el próximo desafío y cómo van a reaccionar los personajes bajo presión..

Obviously I have to talk about the main character, we are introduced to Ayanokoji, at first, they paint him as a super common boy, just another student from Class D, with "perfectly mediocre" grades - a 50 in everything on the entrance exam... but that stupid attitude is a lie... little by little, you realize that behind that "I don't care" face, there is a real genius, always thinking three moves ahead! I loved that double face: on one hand, he seems so normal that you almost don't realize how smart he is, but when he has to act, bam!, he shows a level of analysis and strategy that reminds you of geniuses like Lelouch or even L, it's like watching a storm in silence; calm and mysterious, but with a hidden force that catches you and leaves you wanting to see more.

And the academy tests, another point! Each challenge is made to push the students to the limit, forcing them to work as a team and use their heads, the school seems like a giant laboratory where they test human intelligence all the time. Our problems range from logic puzzles to really complicated games that ask you for creativity, strategy, and sometimes being a bit of a son of a bitch, but you have to be very attentive, because you can easily get confused with the games because they are somewhat complicated. I'm not going to lie to you, the first season had me glued to the screen, because each exam was a new mystery, an opportunity to see how selfishness and strategy could change the destiny of a student. But, be careful, in the second season, although the tests are still interesting, it seems that they went too far on the "games" side, and sometimes a bit of that magic from the first one was lost. Still, the pressure to collect points and move up a class continued to generate constant tension, but it didn't feel the same.

Obviamente tengo que hablar del protagonista, nos presentan a Ayanokoji, al principio, te lo pintan como un chico súper común, un estudiante más de la Clase D, con notas "perfectamente mediocres"—un 50 en todo en el examen de entrada.. pero esa actitud de tonto, es una mentira.. de a poquito, te das cuenta de que atrás de esa cara de "no me importa nada", se esconde un verdadero genio, ¡siempre pensando tres jugadas adelante! A mí me encantó esa doble cara: por un lado, parece tan normal que casi ni te das cuenta de lo inteligente que es, pero cuando tiene que actuar, ¡pah!, saca un nivel de análisis y estrategia que te hace acordar de genios como Lelouch o hasta L, es como ver una tormenta en silencio; tranquilo y misterioso, pero con una fuerza escondida que te atrapa y te deja con ganas de ver más.

Y las pruebas de la academia, otro punto! Cada desafío está hecho para llevar a los estudiantes al límite, obligándolos a trabajar en equipo y a usar la cabeza, la escuela parece un laboratorio gigante donde ponen a prueba la inteligencia humana todo el tiempo.. mos problemas van desde acertijos lógicos hasta juegos re complicados que te piden creatividad, estrategia y, a veces, ser un poco hijo de puta, pero tienes que estar muy atento, porque te puedes confundir fácilmente con los juegos porque son algo complicado.. no te voy a mentir, la primera temporada me tuvo pegadísimo a la pantalla, porque cada examen era un misterio nuevo, una oportunidad de ver cómo el egoísmo y la estrategia podían cambiar el destino de un estudiante.. pero, ojo, en la segunda temporada, si bien las pruebas siguen interesantes, como que se fueron mucho por el lado de los "juegos", y a veces se perdía un poco esa magia de la primera.. igual, la presión de juntar puntos y subir de clase seguía generando una tensión constante, pero no sé sintió igual..

Another thing that blew my mind about Classroom of the Elite is how the classes are related to each other... the fact that the school is divided into classes like this, with a hierarchy, generates constant competition, not just between a few students, but the entire class seeks to destroy the classes... Class D, where our main character begins, who seems "normal", is the most interesting of all, these kids are fighting all the time, trying to show that they are worth it, in a place where those who already have money and power have everything to win! That fight made me think a lot, because sometimes we feel like that too, like those who have nothing, fighting for an opportunity in a world that always helps those who are already at the top... that wave of rivalry between classes gives a plus to the story, adding a mix of competition and human emotions, making each victory and each defeat feel great...

But what really makes this anime different is how they show you, little by little, who Ayanokoji really is... at first, they show him as a common student, almost unnoticeable, who is perfect for being in the lowest class, but as the story progresses, you start to see little things that make you think he is much more capable than he seems... it is as if the anime told you: look beyond what you see at first glance" and "don't stay with the first impression".. when those moments finally arrive where you get the picture, they are so well done that they leave you with your mouth open and with a tremendous desire to continue watching, without spoiling so as not to spoil anything. ruin the experience for you, I have to say that the end of the first season was one of those moments that leave you thinking and make you doubt everything you thought you knew about him, but it is something that not only our protagonist does, here nothing is what it seems and anyone can lie and act very easily.

Otra cosa que me voló la cabeza de Classroom of the Elite es cómo se llevan las clases entre sí.. que la escuela esté dividida en clases así, con una jerarquía, genera una competencia constante, no solo entre pocos estudiantes, sino la clase entera busca destrozar a las lteas.. la Clase D, donde empieza nuestro prota que parece "normalito", es la más interesante de todas, estos chicos están peleando todo el tiempo, tratando de mostrar que valen, en un lugar donde los que ya tienen plata y poder tienen todas las de ganar! Esa pelea me hizo pensar mucho, porque a veces nosotros también nos sentimos así, como los que no tienen nada, luchando por una oportunidad en un mundo que siempre ayuda a los que ya están arriba.. esa onda de rivalidad entre las clases le da un plus a la historia, metiéndole una mezcla de competencia y emociones humanas, haciendo que cada victoria y cada derrota se sientan mucho..

Pero lo que de verdad hace diferente a este anime es cómo te van mostrando, de a poquito, quién es realmente Ayanokoji.. al principio, te lo muestran como un estudiante común, casi que ni se nota, que va perfecto con estar en la clase más baja, pero a medida que avanza la historia, empiezas a ver cositas que te hacen pensar que es mucho más capaz de lo que parece.. es como si el anime te dijera: mira más allá de lo que ves a simple vista" y "no te quedes con la primera impresión".. cuando al fin llegan esos momentos donde te cae la ficha, están tan bien hechos que te dejan con la boca abierta y con unas ganas tremendas de seguir viendo, sin spoilear para no arruinarte la experiencia, tengo que decir que el final de la primera temporada fue de esos momentos que te dejan pensando y te hacen dudar de todo lo que creías saber de él, pero es algo que no solo hace nuestro protagonista, aquí nada es lo que parece y cualquier persona puede mentir y actuar con mucha facilidad.

I didn't think a school anime could mix strategy, mystery, and such deep characters so well, Classroom of the Elite not only exceeded my expectations, but it left me thinking a lot about the competition and how far we would be willing to go to win...

It's one of those rare anime that makes you think and feel at the same time; you laugh, you think and even feel a little chill with the cold and calculating moves of the characters, if I had to give it a final grade, despite some little things, I would give it a well-placed 8/10, the way they put together this world, the constant pressure of the point system and, above all, how mysterious Ayanokoji is, make this series super interesting and entertaining.. yes, maybe the second season and third season didn't get everything right, some plots feel weird, and you can count the really interesting characters on one hand.. but this anime challenges you to see beyond what you see, to ask yourself what it really means to be "elite" and to realize that sometimes true genius is hidden in people who seem normal, if you like psychological thrillers or stories with a lot of strategy, then, this anime is for you, it's getting fully into a world where every test is a battle, every point you earn is one step closer to victory and Each character is full of secrets and criticisms of society... although it has its flaws, how ambitious it is and the unexpected twists make it an experience that I recommend... and well, that's all for today, I hope you liked it, we'll see you in the next reviews with more anime! Si bien me tuvo atrapado casi todo el tiempo, hubo partes que me dejaron pensando "mm, ¿qué onda?" Por ejemplo, algunos de los "juegos" de la segunda temporada no pegaron igual de fuerte que esos exámenes llenos de adrenalina de la primera, como que quisieron mantener la emoción a toda costa, pero en el camino le bajaron un poco la esencia a lo que hacía tan geniales los primeros desafíos.. pero igual, esos pequeños tropezones no arruinaron la experiencia total, para nada.. el tema principal—usar la inteligencia para sobrevivir y subir de puesto—está tan bien hecho que es imposible no engancharse, pensándolo bien, yo al principio no esperaba TANTO de esta serie.. no creía que un anime de escuela pudiera mezclar tan bien estrategia, misterio y personajes tan profundos, Classroom of the Elite no solo superó mis expectativas, sino que me dejó pensando un montón sobre la competencia y hasta dónde seríamos capaces de llegar para ganar..

Es de esos animes raros que te hacen pensar y sentir al mismo tiempo; te reís, piensas e incluso sentís un poco de escalofrío con las jugadas frías y calculadoras de los personajes, si tuviera que ponerle una nota final, a pesar de algunas cositas, le daría un 8/10 bien puesto, la forma en que armaron este mundo, la presión constante del sistema de puntos y, sobre todo, lo misterioso que es Ayanokoji, hacen que esta serie sea súper interesante y entretenida.. sí, capaz que la segunda temporada y tercera temporada no acertó en todo, algunas tramas se sienten raras, y los personajes realmente interesantes los cuentas con una sola mano.. pero este anime te desafía a ver más allá de lo que se ve, a preguntarte qué significa realmente ser "elite" y a darte cuenta de que a veces la verdadera genialidad está escondida en la gente que parece normal, si te gustan los thrillers psicológicos o las historias con mucha estrategia, entonces, este anime es para ti, es meterse de lleno en un mundo donde cada prueba es una batalla, cada punto que ganas es un paso más cerca de la victoria y cada personaje tiene secretos y críticas a la sociedad.. aunque tiene sus fallitas, lo ambicioso que es y los giros inesperados lo hacen una experiencia que recomiendo.. y bueno, esto es todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado, nos veremos en las próximas reseñas con más animes!
