Hello everyone, friends of the community! We are staying firm with the InkTober challenge, and today's prompt is Pierce. It gave me the perfect excuse to experiment with a more graphic and dark style, ideal for a gothic blackwork tattoo design.
In this piece, the action of Pierce is taken to the extreme. I drew an elongated hand with long, black fingernails that seems to belong to an ascetic or spectral figure. The palm is brutally pierced in a ritualistic way by a long dagger that also serves as the central axis of the composition.
The design is loaded with symbolism:
The Sacrifice: The piercing in the palm is not accidental; it suggests a sacrifice or a painful, self-imposed oath.
The Aura: The circle of thorns or spikes surrounding the hand emphasizes the suffering.
I really enjoyed working in this style of dense ink and strong lines. I hope you like this visceral interpretation of Pierce!

hola a todos amigos de la comunidad seguimos firmes con el reto de inktober y el prompt de hoy es Pierce, me dio la excusa perfecta para experimentar con un estilo más gráfico y oscuro, ideal para un diseño de tatuaje en blackwork gótico.
En esta pieza, la acción de Pierce se lleva al extremo. Dibujé una mano alargada y con las uñas largas y negras que parece pertenecer a una figura ascética o espectral. La palma es brutalmente atravesada en forma de ritual por una daga larga que sirve también como eje central de la composición.
El diseño está cargado de simbolismo:
