Snail slides into town to look at a denser property.
Will check a third on the third floor with a greenhouse, here I can decide how humid I want!!! And any number of kids!
I did this painting last fall when it rained all the time and the poor snails drowned and climbed up the house wall to stay dry. My grandson that you've probably heard of! His name is Åskar. He tried to save many, but it became too dry in his hands, which could not handle snails as living creatures. You can say that we all tried to save the snails especially from Åskar's hands. Now he is bigger and appreciates snail rescue.

Snigel glider till stan för att titta på en tätare fastighet.
Ska kolla en trea på tredje våningen med växthus, här kan jag bestämma hur fuktigt jag vill ha!!! Och hur många ungar som helst!
Den här målningen gjorde jag i höstas när det regnade hela tiden och de stackars sniglarna drunknade och klättrade upp på husväggen för kunna förbli torra. Mitt barnabarn som ni säkert hört talas om! Åskar heter han. Han försökte rädda många, men det blev för torra i hans händer som inte kunde hantera sniglar som levande varelser. Man kan säga att vi alla försökte rädda sniglarna spessiellt i Åskars händer. Nu är han större och uppskattar snigelräddning.
When the rains fall the snails appear everywhere, it reminded me a lot of the garden where I used to live, when it rained they came out of the plants where they were hidden and the paths were full of them. But when there is a lot of water there is chaos. I can imagine your grandson with the snails and how that has inspired this painting.
I look at the painting and I see how the snail carries its house on its back and the symbolism of the buildings above it, that's why it goes so slowly, but at least it carries its house no matter what it weighs. The colours you have chosen are bright, the gold highlights the painting, he has a pensive face. I like that in the background there is the radiant sun, the one that comes out after every rain. There is a lot of symbolism there, I don't know if it was consciously or not but it is there. Great work! A big hug!
