Hello Poets!

I know it's been a while since you've heard from me. My apologies for the absence. Life has been busy this past year and I've fallen behind on many things. This year I am going to make an effort to get back into taking more of an active role in the group.

First on that list: A new prompt writer!

Unfortunately I haven't heard from our previous prompt writer for some time. Real life must have also beaten him down. So going forward @grimmjoe will be doing our weekly prompt posts. Everyone please give him a warm welcome!

He already did one post. Read it here. Embers to Sunrise. Unfortunately I was even busier than usual this past week so his first post snuck by me and I wasn't able to highlight it. Let's all make sure we give his next post much more love!

He will be posting from his own account instead of the community account, but I have given him MOD - WEEKLY PROMPT WRITER status, and we will pin his future posts, so you should be able to spot them easily enough.

Among my next plans are bringing back the weekly review with rewards and starting a newsletter. I will post about these plans more later. For now, once again, please start watching for our new prompt posts.
