VISITING SIERRA NEVADA NATIONAL PARK || VISITANDO EL PARQUE NACIONAL SIERRA NEVADA [MERIDA]

En esta ocasión les comparto mi visita de ayer al Parque Nacional Sierra Nevada. Según la información que pude recopilar de los guias, fue creado en el año 1952 a través de un decreto del Presidente Germán Suárez Flamerich, con el objetivo de proteger la Sierra Nevada de Mérida dentro de la Cordillera Andina, además se hizo un decreto de ampliación en el año 1985. Está Ubicado entre los estados merida y barinas. Como observarán en las fotos existe una abundante vegetación. La pesca de trucha está permitida desde mediados de marzo hasta septiembre

This time I share with you my visit yesterday to the Sierra Nevada National Park. According to the information I was able to gather from the guides, it was created in 1952 through a decree of President German Suarez Flamerich, with the aim of protecting the Sierra Nevada de Merida in the Andean Cordillera, also made a decree of expansion in 1985. It is located between the states of Merida and Barinas. As you can see in the photos there is abundant vegetation. Trout fishing is allowed from mid-March to September.

Es uno de los rios mas importantes y que desembocan en el Lago de Maracaibo junto con los rios Chama y Albarregas.

It's one of the most important rivers that flow into Lake Maracaibo along with the Chama and Albarregas rivers.

En cuanto al clima, cuenta con un período seco o de mínima precipitación entre diciembre y marzo y otro de máximo concentrado entre los meses de mayo y octubre.

La temperatura puede oscilar entre los 23-27° C en promedio entre las areas bajas. Y -1/-6° C en las areas altas. No pudimos adentrarnos mas por medidas de seguridad que indican los encargados del lugar.

Talking about climate, there is a dry period or minimum rainfall between December and March and another of maximum concentrated between the months of May and October.

The temperature can oscillate between 23-27° C on average in the low areas. And -1/-6° C in the high areas. We could not go deeper due to security measures indicated by the managers of the place.

Desde lo que pude percibir es un paisaje extraordinario, la naturaleza se puede respirar en todo su esplendor. Hay unas vistas muy alucinantes desde la parte de arriba de las montañas. Les invito a visitarlo con las respectivas medidas de seguridad por el covid y experimenten esa maravillosa sensación de conectarse con la hermosa y pura naturaleza.

From what I could perceive is an extraordinary landscape, nature can be breathed in all its splendor. There are amazing views from the top of the mountains. I invite you to visit it with the respective security measures by the covid and experience that wonderful feeling of connecting with the beautiful and pure nature.
