Gergunung City Forest Park Klaten

Arrive in Klaten city. Near the city I didn't expect to find an urban forest which is usually difficult to find in the city.

It's considered a small city, Klaten, a district in the province of Central Java, Indonesia. Small but offers many peaceful things for its residents.

My passengers invited me to take them to this city park. They say the Klaten city forest park is quite large, around 4 hectares. Wow, I'm amazed, I think it's very broad!

The reading of the name of the Klaten city forest on the front is "Gergunung City Forest Park Klaten". Several palm trees are visible.

I started to enter "Gergunung City Forest Park Klaten" area in the city forest. It makes more sense to call it a large garden because it is very neat.

I don't need to worry about the bushes, I'm comfortable walking on the natural rock footpath which is neat and comfortable for pedestrians.

It seemed quiet because my visit was not the weekend. It's good that it doesn't feel cramped.

"Gergunung City Forest Park Klaten" in the middle of the city, for me it makes sense to keep the green area looking neat and clean. Instead, if it is left too overgrown, it will be dangerous, especially if large trees are left on the side of the road, it will be unsafe for road users, especially if there is rain and strong winds.

It is called a city forest because there are still many towering trees in the city center. This city forest looks suitable to me for visits by local people for green open spaces.

I started walking, through this city forest park. There are neat pedestrian paths, with natural rocks that are comfortable for pedestrians.

All the plants on the right and left of the garden are arranged in a good arrangement so they don't seem overgrown. complete with park benches for visitors to sit on.

There are also pigeon cages in this G"Gergunung City Forest Park Klaten". The bird cages were colored in various colors. looks striking and is a great attention grabber.

I didn't expect that the back of the garden was getting more interesting. there is a small pool. also read the name of this city, "Klaten". I love Klaten landmarks, neatly arranged.

on the other hand, there are many miniatures with various descriptions on each miniature. It turns out that these are all symbols characteristic of each village in Klaten.

various regional arts, and/or various famous tourism and agricultural products from these various villages.

there is also a miniature temple. Coincidentally, I have visited the original temple in Klaten. Later in the next post I will share with you.
