I feel great anguish when one of my daughters falls ill. It is such intense pain that it paralyses me and clouds my mind. I want nothing to happen to them, I want them to always enjoy good health so that they can share their daily experiences with me.
At around 3:30 pm, my daughter Rogsanny began complaining of pain on the left side of her navel, lower down. When she told me about her pain, I was worried, because my girl is very healthy and active... I gave her paracetamol, hoping that the treatment would work. That is my hope.
Her dull, sad look breaks my heart. When she complains more intensely, it is a sign that something is wrong. Seeing my daughter cry without any sign of improvement made me take her to the hospital with my husband.
At the hospital, I was lucky that I didn't have to wait long to be seen. When we arrived, they weighed and measured her and asked me why I had brought her in. I told them it was because of pain.
They ran several tests on my daughter to help her recover and recommended administering a painkiller and performing laboratory tests. I had to wait for the nurse to become available, as there were other children in other areas who needed her attention.

After a while, the nurse became available and administered the painkiller intravenously to my daughter. When the treatment was finished, the doctor came and examined her again. He found that she was not in pain and suggested that I have the laboratory tests done and bring the results back to determine the cause of the pain.
If nothing shows up in the tests, they will order other tests to determine my daughter's condition. She was discharged, and I was advised not to give her grains, dairy products, or fats.
I left the hospital happy because she was feeling better. I hope she gets well again and goes back to being the cheerful, playful girl she is.
Una angustia grande siento cuando una de mis hijas enferma, es un dolor tan intenso que me paraliza y se me nubla la mente. Quisiera que nada les pase, que gocen de buena salud siempre para que compartan conmigo sus experiencias en su rutina diaria.
Resulta que mi hija Rogsanny a eso de las 3:30 pm aproximadamente comienzo a quejarse de que tiene un dolor por el lado izquierdo del ombligo más abajo. Al decirme de su padecimiento, me preocupó, porque mi niña es muy sana y activa..., le di acetaminofén esperando que el tratamiento surta efecto, es mi esperanza.
Su mirada apagada, triste, me parte el alma, al quejarse con más intensidad, es señal de que algo anda mal. Ver a mi hija llorar sin observar ningún indicio de mejoría, me hizo sacarla al hospital con mi esposo.
En el hospital corrí con suerte que no tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para que me atendieran. Al entrar, me la pesaron y me la midieron, me preguntaron porque la traía, le manifesté que por un dolor.
Le hicieron diferentes maniobras al tacto, a mi hija, para su recuperación, indicaron colocar un calmante, además de realizar exámenes de laboratorio. Tuve que esperar a que la enfermera se desocupara, porque habían más niños en las demás áreas que necesitaban de su atención.

Al rato se desocupó la enfermera y le suministró a mi hija el calmante por vía endovenosa, cuando se terminó el tratamiento vino el doctor y la volvió a auscultar evidenció que no tenía dolor, me sugirió realizar los exámenes de laboratorio y llevar los resultados para determinar de que viene el dolor.
Si no sale nada en los exámenes, mandarán otros estudios para dar con el padecimiento de mi hija. Me la dieron de alta, me recomendaron no dar granos, lácteos, ni grasas.
Me fui feliz del hospital, porque mejoró, deseo que vuelva a estar sana y sea la niña risueña y juguetona que es.
