There is a specific exhilaration associated with getting out of school for the summer that is hard to replicate in adulthood. Many of us can fondly recall running out of school, bags in hand, ready to embrace two and a half months of freedom and adventure. Life's significant moments, whether a marriage, home buying, or even retirement, may elicit joy, but few can compare to the pure, unadulterated excitement of a child.

Rethinking the School System

As we ponder those summer memories, it leads to a deeper reflection on the current educational system. Many believe that children spend far too much time in school. I often think that school days serve primarily as glorified childcare rather than a true place for impactful learning.
