Biggest issue for me is I dont even know where to start when living in sweden.

Sweden is a very difficult case. As it turns out, Bitrefill is headquartered in Stockholm, yet its own employees don't use it much because Sweden is tough!

Stablecoins are great, but come with their own set of risks.
To rephrase it better: If you're not okay with the prices going Down, don't put your money on coins of which prices could go Up!

Yes exactly. Volatility goes both ways.
How can people manage the risks of crypto price volatility when using it for daily expenses like groceries or bills?
A few ways. First is to use stablecoins for whatever value has to remain consistent. Second is to immediately pay all major bills and expenses so that future volatility doesn't matter.
Where in the world do you guys see the most built out structures that enable a person to fully live on crypto?
The US probably has the most tools directly. Western Europe, though privacy is harder to come by there. Guatemala and El Salvador are good in Latin America.

The main reason I am not living off of cryptocurrency is the lack of acceptance. Hardly anything I use accept direct crypto payments. I don't even have crypto ATMs where I live.

Inasmuch as I don't want to have anything to do with banks and would love to live entirely on crypto, most businesses in my country are clueless about crypto payments.
I know it will take time to educate them and probably years before the country fully embraces and implements crypto payments.
People need to be aware of how easy and convenient it is to pay with crypto.
