If I understand correctly then you are waiting for VSC to go live and build your project on this. I read a post where VSC launch is discussed and it's coming next month.

Your plan to grow HP to 300k and 10k HBD sounds great. Also building project and launching own token is another phase which is dependent upon vsc launch.
