Today I'm going to talk about the Azhar Ibn Sulaim card in Splinterlands, so join me on this brief journey of knowledge.
As I've mentioned in other posts, one of my favorite strategies in the game is using monsters that have a good chance of dodging attacks, and Azhar Ibn Sulaim is perfect when that's the case.
Azhar Ibn Sulaim is a legendary monster from the Fire deck and it belongs to the new Reward Set that was recently released in Splinterlands.

What I like about Azhar Ibn Sulaim is that it has a balance in its stats, so it's not just a monster with a high chance of dodging attacks, but it's also a great option for dealing damage and defending.
Now let's look at Azhar Ibn Sulaim's abilities: Taunt, Blackfire, Phase and Shield Ward.
Taunt: Draws the attacks of enemy units. Does not affect Reach, Scattershot, Wingbreak, or enemy units in the first position.
With this ability, Azhar Ibn Sulaim will be the focus of enemy monster attacks.
Blackfire: When an enemy unit misses, deals 2 physical damage to them.
This ability is very useful since Azhar Ibn Sulaim has a lot of attack speed.
Phase: Magic attacks have the same chance to miss as physical attacks.
Now Azhar Ibn Sulaim can dodge all types of attacks.
Shield Ward: At the start of battle, the unit in front of this unit gains Shield.
Honestly, Azhar Ibn Sulaim is the perfect type of monster for my strategies, so I'll try to open some Legendary Draws every season to see if I can get Azhar Ibn Sulaim cards and hopefully level it up to the maximum level before a new Reward Set is released.

In this battle I decided to risk using Azhar Ibn Sulaim because I had little mana available, but I have no doubt that it was the right decision because it was incredible during the battle. This is an example of how powerful Azhar Ibn Sulaim becomes at maximum level.
