People naturally seek happiness because it feels good and its a natural desire that everyone wants to have, so as to enjoy and fulfil life.
people often seek happiness from every source including ways which are not even accepted by the society. That's why so many people belief that happiness is found in money, power, riches or in wisdom. But this things ended not bringing long lasting peace and happiness. Instead happiness is found from being grateful for the little acheivement you have, and being contenment with what ever you have. this gives you depper and long lasting joy.

**Gratitude **means being thankful and showing appreciation for what you have or what others have done for you. It is you feeling and recognizing the value of the kindness, help or the things you have in your life. I will put as focusing on what you have instead of the things you are looking for. Like I said earlier, it may be family, health, nature, friends, money or anything that brings joy to you.

Contentment means being satisfied and being at peace with what ever you have. It is the feeling that comes with happiness, when you accept you current situation in life without always wishing for more. This will help builds you by not settling for less, in such a way that, you dont get stucked in situations that dosent honour your values. With this you wont be chassing things out of greed.

When a person practice both gratitude and contentment, it creates a deeper and more sustainable happiness because it shifts your focus from the things you dont have, or what is missing in your life to the things you have that are meaningful. The gratitude makes you be thankful to the things or acheivements, or people around you. Like it makes you calm and satisfied, at this stage you only focus on the good in your life making you have joy and positive emotions. At this stage, you will stop chasing for things that offers short pleasures.

Gratitude helps you notice and recognise what is good around you, it may be people, experiences or other things. This is when you start feeling that what you have is enough, instead of focusing on what is missing, you are focusing on what is present, which makes contentment possible, appreciating what you have and finally being thankful for daily wins. Fufilling this two, long and lasting happiness will fill in your heath.

Always remember that GRATITUDE will turn what we have into ENOUGH, while CONTENTMENT will keep us from greedily needing MORE.
