Ureka.Social: More Improvements for Mobile, Plus Better Commenting.

Thanks for all of your feedback on @ureka.social. The site now has a bunch of improvements live for you to test:

Finished the mobile/table friendly layouts - included the settings page and added notifications for these screen sizes.
Improved the appearance of the Network Settings page.
Improved the commenting process for better UX. Added sorting and an improved comment refresh process.
Improved Reblogging and implemented Un-Reblogging.
A few other minor fixes.

There is a known issue with hbd interest not being calculated correctly.
