The #weekend-engagement concept is designed to help users with writing topics, to challenge their thinking and creativity and to promote great quality posting over the weekend. I also urge participants to engage with others as it's a great way to build relationships which is important to ongoing success and enjoyment on the blockchain...and it's more fun too.

Good morning! Nice to wake up to a featured-notification, thank you! I did put in some more effort in my artwork this time, though it doesn't show. And my eraser did not work as I had hoped. Whenever I'm retired, I can spend time working on that skill...

Finding new topics for each weekend that are motivating may seem simple, but in reality it is not. Keeping it up for so long adds to its merit. Thank you, @galenkp, for inspiring us to write about a specific topic.
This weekend's topics got me writing even though I didn't have much time. I have to admit that the text flowed easily, perhaps because I was eager to write about those opinions I have. I almost missed the deadline for the call for submissions. 😉

It's been a long time huh? I still manage to come up with something each week and like to do multiple topics for choice. Maybe one day I'll run out of of topics...but not yet.

You could also use themes suggested by community users. For example, among the topics for each weekend, one could be "readers' suggestions".
I tried that, no one gave a fuck and made no suggestions, so I'll never do it again.

In most cases the topics interest me because you propose topics that are interesting and many are different.
It's been a while since I've participated in a free weekend theme because I like the initiatives a lot. In any case, I will try to participate in both variants.
