Prologue
In my last post, I calculated the impact of the upward move of tickets necessary for guaranteed Conflict cards and how I feel about that. I personally want to build my collection of Conclave Arcana up to a Gold-Level, so I was interested in how different collections look like.
What are Leagues?
Leagues are a ghost of the past, unfortunately, at least in ranked. You can still encounter them in Brawls and Tournaments, though, under different names. In ranked, it's still Novice, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Champion. In tournaments, it's Novice, Adept, Intermediate, Advanced and Expert.
The league influences the card level that can be played. Even if you have a level 10 common card, you can only play it as level 3 in an Adept/Bronze Tournament. It automatically shows as level 3 then.
Levels & Leagues | Novice | Adept/Bronze | Intermediate/Silver | Advanced/Gold | Expert/Diamond |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Common | 1 | 3 | 5 | 8 | 10 (max) |
Rare | 1 | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8 (max) |
Epic | 1 | 2 | 3 | 5 | 6 (max) |
Legendary | 1 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 (max) |
Collection Power & Conflicts
As mentioned before, CP influences the chances on Guaranteed Airdrop Cards (GC) you get in Conflicts. There are 9 conflicts, and each one has a higher requirement for Guaranteed Cards (CP). It seems like the augmentation is 50 Chances for each conflict, starting with 800, ending with 1200 chances to get one GC. Each chance is generated with 100,000 points. Each CP earns 1 point/hour. You can review more maths about that in my former posts.
Conclave Arcana has 24 Common Cards, 29 Rare, 14 Epics and 15 Legendary from the start, not counting Airdrops. Knowing that, we can calculate how much CP a full CA set would represent at each of the league caps:
CP & Leagues | Novice | Adept/Bronze | Intermediate/Silver | Advanced/Gold | Expert/Diamond |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Common | 120 | 1680 | 7200 | 26,400 | 50,400 |
Rare | 580 | 2900 | 14,500 | 34,800 | 70,035 |
Epic | 1400 | 2800 | 14,000 | 44,800 | 67,620 |
Legendary | 7500 | 7500 | 22,500 | 45,000 | 83,625 |
Total | 9600 | 14,880 | 58,200 | 151,000 | 217,680 |
Each card gets a 10% CP boost when it reaches max level, hence the discrepancy between Expert/Diamond and the rest. I did the same for Gold Foil cards, too, and then compared the two. Obviously, the Gold Foil collection outpaces the Regular Foil by far:
Fading Chances
As mentioned, the conflicts are getting harder to fight. In order to see what my Gold/Advances league regular foil deck would give me, I calculated all the GC for each step of the conflict. This is the result:
There you have all the values. Of course, that's not very visually appealing, so here's the graph:
As you can see, the curves of the Diamond Decks decline quicker. That is normal, as they start higher, and the amount of CP needed for a GC rises quickly.
This is what it looks like for Gold Foil cards. The drop is even steeper as the one of regular cards, for the same reason mentioned above.
Conclusion
If I only had a regular foil Gold/Advanced deck, I wouldn't get a GC in the last 3 aidrops. Until then, I get one each time - and maybe a few more from the random drops.
Luckily, I do have 5 Black foils, a GF Legendary level 2, and such. I currently have 346,822 CP staked on wagons. That places me a little over Silver League GF deck, with 330,500 CP - but I need fewer wagons, anyway.
So, my graph looks like this:
I will ALWAYS get 2 GC! That's a good thing. I will probably keep buying a few cards that I need for my selection, and I might give it another boost to get the Archons all on level 3. But I would need to get to 500,000 staked CP for that - and that's going to be a challenge.
The cheapest way to get to that is currently getting 60 GF Epics, which would cost around $630 - airdrops NOT included. We'll see about that...

Good question! Depends on the cards and if you have all of them. Rebellion counts for 0.5x the CP they normally have.
