Explaining How Presets Work in Moon Karts

in Cent4 days ago

In this post, I'll explain how Preset works in Moon Karts and show my current progress with the game.

In my posts, I like to talk about Arcade Colony, so before we start talking about Moon Karts, let's learn a little about this gaming platform.

Arcade Colony

Arcade Colony is a web-based platform where mainstream games can deploy Web3 features. Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Thus, Arcade Colony hosts a series of published games similar to the Epic Games Store, Apple App Store, Google Playstore, or Steam, but unlike Web2 publishers, Arcade Colony augments new and existing games with Web3 games.

For more information about the platform, read the Whitepapper.

Since we're talking about Moon Karts, I'll show you two posts that will be useful if you're new to the game and the platform.

In the second post above, I show you how to get started in Moon Karts for less than $5.

To keep up with Moon Karts news, visit the game Discord.

Let's talk about Presets in Moon Karts. This is a simple tool, but it will greatly help you save time when participating in races.

To access Presets, just log in to Moon Karts and on the home screen, select the Presets option, as shown in the image above.

Each player can have up to 4 Presets, which means 4 saved configurations for you to use in races. So, you only need to choose 1 Preset and start the race.

At first, I thought Moon Karts would be a very difficult game to learn, but after a few hours, I was able to fully understand how the game works. If you're just starting out, I recommend purchasing the 9 NFTs shown on this screen. They're the cheapest on the Marketplace, and they'll give you enough performance to earn some in-game rewards.

  • The Lunocityx was a recent acquisition of mine; you can buy the Astrokart, which is a cheaper kart.

This is just some advice so you can better understand how the game works and get rewards without spending a lot. But if your goal is to get a good start in the game, I recommend purchasing Epic or Legendary rarity NFTs.

To better understand how NFTs work, read Karts & Parts in the Whitepaper.

You can find more useful information about Moon Karts in my posts below.

My goal in Season 41 is to earn at least 6,000 COLONY tokens and use these tokens to purchase more rare NFTs in the marketplace to improve my racing performance.

There are less than 3 days left in Season 41 in Moon Karts, and I'm ranked 21st on the Leaderboard.

I'm happy to have placed first in the race for the first time.

Thanks for reading, and see you in my next post.
