Painful — Hive

Buenas noches amigos. Ayer por la noche comencé a dibujar y tenia ganas de hacer un dibujo de ojos, en este caso buscaba reflejar una mirada cansada, herida, dolorosa, a pesar de que no es dibujo que considero difícil se me complico un poco pintar los ojos, siento que estan muy grises, pero intente aclararlos un poco y se veía muy poco armonioso con el resto de dibujo, finalmente si me gusto y siento que refleja lo que estaba buscando desde el principio, espero que les guste.

Last night I started drawing and felt like drawing eyes. In this case, I wanted to convey a tired, wounded, painful look. Although I don't consider it a difficult drawing, I found it a little complicated to paint the eyes. I feel they are too gray, but when I tried to lighten them a little, they looked very out of place with the rest of the drawing. In the end, I liked it and feel that it reflects what I was looking for from the beginning. I hope you like it.</div

Proceso/Process

Realice el boceto y comencé a pintar usando un pincel difuso y colores de piel en tonalidades rosas, en una nueva capa añadí mas colores esta vez usando un pincel duro e intensificando las sombras del lado izquierdo, nuevamente tome el pincel difuso y comencé a mezclar los colores para obtener una piel que sea visualmente suave.

I made the sketch and began painting using a soft brush and skin colors in shades of pink. On a new layer, I added more colors, this time using a hard brush and intensifying the shadows on the left side. Again, I took the soft brush and began blending the colors to achieve a visually smooth skin tone.

Para el cabello use un tono marrón claro e igualmente lo pinte usando el pincel difuso, luego empecé a dibujar hematomas en la zona de las ojeras, pinte las cejas y pestañas y como siempre quise agregar algunos puntos blancos de luz para resaltar los ojos, nariz y pómulos, finalmente hice un ajuste de color intensificando un poco mas los colores.

For the hair, I used a light brown shade and painted it using the diffuse brush. Then I started drawing bruises in the area under the eyes, painted the eyebrows and eyelashes, and, as always, I wanted to add some white highlights to accentuate the eyes, nose, and cheekbones. Finally, I made a color adjustment, intensifying the colors a little more.
