I’m just happy to be walking in the city, on the uneven surfaces, within the shopping crowds. After I sustained the injury from the fall in late August, I’m working to gain back my confidence.
In the Strava app, as I record my results, I always register my walk as a recovery walk, as opposed to a workout. I love it that they have that setting, because otherwiseit would affect my motivation to keep doing a bit more day by day.
I like your attitude. Every little bit of movement is better for us than sitting on the sofa at home!
