Over the years, i have realized that some people misinterpret speaking freely with humility. The deal is, it is good to be humble, because, it stir up success on a long run, and at the same time, it's very good, and it interest to speak freely.
Back then, particularly in my country, people who speak freely where regarded as people that has no respect, yet, I could still remember, some people enjoys when someone speak freely. Maybe, I will say it was because of their experiences in life, and that as well, enable them to enjoy the vibes, and not think otherwise.
In our family, my father always tells each of us to speak freely, but there was this my sister, she was this person that do not flow freely. Dad always enlightened her to speak up, with what I understand right now, she was this person that mind each of her words, because, it can be heartbroken as well, if we do not mind what we say.
Looking back at it, and when I began to stay on my own. There was this friend of mine who usually want people to bow for him, yes, I will use this word "bow" because, there was no single day that he will not complaint how someone somewhere disrespected him.
Truth be told, he was this guy i really like so much at first, but with that attitudes of his, in wanting people to bow for him like a lion in the jungle, i decided to cut ties with him, because I know if he can be telling me how a lot of people disrespected him out there, that means, as time's goes on, he will as well, tell someone else how I disrespected him.
Meanwhile, I am not someone who even think of doing a thing like that, I am playful and that is all about me, and looking more into it, I guessed, this might as well, be the same with others. He just have this mindset of wanting to control people he came across.
Although, I did understand him at some point, in how he expect people to be treating him, but, before we go our separate ways, i once asked him, "what does he sees to be respect, or what should people do, so that he can get it inside his head that he is being respected.
The answer I got was, "he expect people to mind the time and places they talk to him, also, they should stand very still, and not moving an inch until, he/she has finished what they wanted to say.
I was not sure again what he wants, and he seems to me, as if he was out of shape, because, although, I was asking him of that, it was nothing at all to me, I just wanted him to say a thing, maybe, to enable me understand him more, but having him said, "anybody that want to talked to him shouldn't move an inch while talking was unbelievable.
The deal is, there are a lot of people that do their talking with demonstration, especially the artist. If you have been friends with artists before, I guessed you will understand it better, because most of the times, they perform in shows, and this has make them, to hardly talk without demonstrating their hands.
Secondly, not everyone has a low tone, or a sweet voice as we called it. But important is, "are we able to get the message?
If we do not like the way someone talk, it will be no harm to enlightened that individual, and, as time's goes on, he/she will change.
Okay, even with all that he was complaining of, he never for once came up with correction, but was just getting angry of how people are fond of that lifestyle.
To be sincere, this guy has rules too much, and he was this kind of person that wants to set up conduct on a daily basis, I didn't judge him by the way!
But his lifestyle didn't gave me the kind of vibes i want, so that was how we go our separate ways.
I mean even if they don’t change, you’ve still done your part by telling them you don’t like the way they talk to you and that’s enough.
That is very true, I think when the time is right, he will look at it, and realize he was wrong all along.
