Ruta la cuchilla (Eng/Esp)

Good morning friends hivers, I wish a great day to all. Yesterday I was on a short route, however ideal to prepare me to start getting a great level, this time the route was directed in the municipality of La Estrella, called the blade with a good positive slope and I came to think that maybe I was left on the road; however I kept pedaling to the end and managed to reach the top of this mountain.

The good thing about practicing mountain biking at night is the freshness of it, there is much more breeze and ideal to give the best we have, because in the day it is somewhat more complicated because the sun dehydrates us much more and each pedal stroke becomes harder.

It is very pleasant to share with the pack, because we all give each other strength to reach the end of the finish line, even if we have to wait for a partner. Many of them have an amazing level, because they do routes of 160 kilometers and much more. This is what I want to achieve and for this reason I will do my best to be disciplined and constant, I also want to improve my bike mechanically to help me achieve great results.

Buenos días amigos hivers, deseo un gran día para todos. Ayer estuve en una ruta corta, sin embargo ideal para prepararme para empezar a obtener un gran nivel, en esta oportunidad la ruta estuvo dirigida en el municipio de La Estrella, llamada la cuchilla con un buen desnivel positivo y llegué a pensar que quizás me quedaba en el camino; sin embargo seguí pedaleando hasta el final y logre llegar hasta la cima de esta montaña.

Lo bueno de prácticar ciclo montañismo en la noche es la frescura de la misma, hay mucha más brisa e ideal para dar lo mejor que tenemos, pues en el día es algo más complicado porque es sol nos desidrata mucho más y se hace más duro cada pedalazo.

Es muy grato compartir con la manada, pues todos nos damos fuerza de ánimo para llegar al final de la meta, inclusive si toca esperar a un compañero. Muchos de ellos tiene un nivel sorprendente, porque hacen rutas de 160 kilómetros y mucho más. Esto es a lo que deseo llegar y por esta razón haré lo posible por ser disciplinado y constante, además quiero mejorar mecánicamente mi bicicleta para que me ayude a conseguir grandes resultados.

Cómo les prometí, se viene una gran ruta el fin de semana que les estaré compartiendo.
