Hello, everyone. Its me your @applejane and will share stories to tell.
Yesterday, I tried to run even though my ankle hurts. Before I went running, I stretched my body parts so that it wont be hurt to run afterwards. It is now part 7 of this blog about my journey to beeing physically fit. I hope you will get used to eat by this blog and of course, you will have learning and you're there with this journey.
Running is very hard for me at first because I didnt get used to it, and now its my 5th period of time running and walking. I am so happy that I made this far. And I know that you can also achieved this kind of achievement.
Today, I brought a water with me. It's very difficult for me to run without a water because I always get thirsty every minute. And I decided to bring one.
I started earlier as I expected. I started running at 4 in the afternoon so that I can finish a 5km at 5 onwards. I hope this journey will be good.
1 km down! Look at me holding my water. In fact, it's very fun to run and walk by yourself. Its very fantastic to see the atmospheric sky and wind while running. I realize that there's beauty within running and walking with the breeze that you walk to. It's now my habit to run. To be physically fit in any time.
And this is the good weather. Its not that hot or cold. It is just. I like weather lime this. Meeting new individuals who also jog in this place. Smiling and saying hi towards each other. I really like the part where I saw an individual who used a brisk walking, and for the time being, I also followed him by using brisk walking. As I researched about brisk walking, it is very effective for weight loss. And next time I jog, I will also used brisk walking for effective weight loss.
As I passed by down to 2.5 km, i saw these cats. Their very cute. If I have a chance to get them and pet them as my own, I'll definitely get them and will take home. Even though I dont have cats at home, but I really love to pet some cats.
For the time being, I had leg cramps. I tried to stretch again but its not in a good shape. And I tried to rest for 5 minutes so that my legs will be functional as I go home. But thankfully, It heals as I imagined. But I need to go home as soon as possible so that I can rest at home.
Look at this sunset when I walked home. I really love sunset during my running period. It gives me hope that life is truly amazing in any ways.
And now, I only do some walking because I cant do some running due to my ankle. It really hurts so bad and I think my next run will be next week. So that my ankle will heal at the moment.
And here's my activity. It's sad that J did not accomplished 5 km but its quite good to have this achievement. I am very thankful to myself because I did another achievement.

I can see how determined you are in achieving your physical fitness goals. Leg cramps may happen when walking or running; hope your ankle heals fast. You may not have finished your original plan but at least you have done something about it and that's already an achievement. The kittens look cute nestled within the dry coconut leaves.

Exercise is actually very good , and I wish I can keep up with it , it’s a good thing you came with water to quench the thirst , I will start my fitness journey soon thanks for the motivation
