Hello, everyone. It’s me again your @applejane and will share stories to tell.
A while ago, at 4:00 in the afternoon, I decided to have my 1st ever walk. I only did some walking since my injury got worsened. I injured my ankle. And it really hurts so bad and maybe I should do some recovery walk to help my ankles heal. I want to show you here my ankle but it’s sensitive enough to put it here. I hope you’ll pray for me to have a fast recovery ❤️🩹.
When I went out, my friend/ neighbor wants to join me on walking. Elise. Elise is Ravens older sister. She’s also my friend and it’s been a long time since we hang out. And now, we hangout in a different way. Waking. We like to have a jog but something happened to her, that’s why we only did some walking.🚶♀️
First, this is my outfit for today. It’s not that bad but it looks like Im wearing all black. I don’t like to jog without sleeves in my arm because it will burn. Because when I do some jogging, there’s a sun lighting up my skin. And thats why I use a yoga jacket.
My ankles still hurt at that time but I tried to walk properly. I just love to walk around and do some exercises if I don’t have any injury. This one is impulsive, because I only think about is my ankle, I thought it will gonna be alright, but I was wrong, it really got worsen. But anyways, I still did some walking to help my physical self be more active and stronger. It is like a therapy that can heal many emotions that I have. And thanks to this kind of therapy because I can freely and confidently walk around without to think what people might to judge.
This is Elise, we still walked at that moment and tried to reach 5km but it did not. But atleast we did this kind of journey. We walk until we collapsed😂. This day is really amazing. I am proud of myself as well to Elise, we did this kind of walk even though I have an injury.
And we now arrived at the bridge where we can rest for a few minutes and will be back after. We really did a good job for this kind of workout. I hope we can do something like this again with her brother, Raven.
And after we rest for a few minutes, we then walk back home, we still walked, didn’t run at all.
I didn’t catch up the sunset since we walk home early as we think. We’re so excited because of the sunset but sadly, we went home early😓. But it’s okay, there’s time. Time will give us a unique gift, opportunities to come. Na dI hope when I do some cardio again, I hope to see the sunset.🌅
And look at that, another achievement unlocked. Even though it’s a small kilometers, I still did a good job.👏

Of course, to stay healthy, it is necessary to walk in green nature and beautiful places. Walking in a green and pleasant environment is good for both the mind and body.
