I hope your week has started off excellent and productive, full of energy and good times. Mine started off quite hectic, but fortunately everything worked out for the best.
Just as I was about to leave for my tour of the Sunsol chain, I received a call from my father telling me that my truck had an accident. Without thinking twice, we changed our plan and went to help him. There was no room for hesitation or hesitation; when it comes to family, the most important thing is to be there and provide support when needed.
Luckily for us, the weather had improved considerably. The previous day had been rainy, with gray skies and a heavy atmosphere, but today everything was different, the landscapes looked radiant and beautiful. The sun was shining on the roads and the air felt fresh, which made the ride more pleasant, and nature gave us a beautiful landscape, both urban and natural.
Espero que su semana haya comenzado excelente y productiva, llena de energía y buenos momentos. La mía comenzó bastante agitada, pero afortunadamente todo se resolvió de la mejor manera.
Cuando apenas me disponía a salir para hacer mi recorrido por la cadena Sunsol, recibí una llamada de mi padre avisándome que tenía la camioneta accidentada. Sin pensarlo dos veces, cambiamos de plan y nos dirigimos a auxiliarlo. No había lugar para dudas ni para titubeos; cuando se trata de familia, lo más importante es estar presente y brindar apoyo cuando se necesita.
Por suerte para nosotros, el clima había mejorado considerablemente. El día anterior había sido lluvioso, con cielos grises y un ambiente pesado, pero hoy todo era distinto, los paisajes lucían radiantes y hermosos. El sol iluminaba los caminos y el aire se sentía fresco, lo que hizo que el trayecto fuera más placentero, la naturaleza nos brinda un hermoso paisaje, urbano y natural.
Our son left in the car, while my husband and I took the motorcycle. The idea was to pick up my father, take him home and take care of the problem with the truck, we all set out to solve the situation. The coordination was immediate, because in moments like these there is no time to lose.
Upon arrival, we confirmed that the problem with the truck required specialized assistance, so we decided to take it to the workshop “Multi Repuestos El Viajero”, located on Las Flores Street and Cuyuní Street, in the city of Porlamar, Nueva Esparta State, on Margarita Island. They specialize in clutch, so it seemed to us the ideal option to solve the problem.
Nuestro hijo salió en el carro, mientras que mi esposo y yo tomamos la moto. La idea era recoger a mi padre, llevarlo a casa y hacernos cargo del problema con la camioneta, todos nos pusimos en función de resolver la situación. La coordinación fue inmediata, pues en momentos como estos no hay tiempo que perder.
Al llegar, confirmamos que el problema con la camioneta requería asistencia especializada, por lo que decidimos llevarla al taller "Multi Repuestos El Viajero", ubicado en la calle Las Flores y Calle Cuyuní, en la ciudad de Porlamar, estado Nueva Esparta, en Isla Margarita. Son especialidad en clutch, así que nos pareció la opción ideal para solucionar el inconveniente.
We were immediately attended to and Mr. José, a very experienced mechanic, began the repair. He explained that the process would take time, which we expected, so we were patient and prepared to wait. The long hours in the workshop helped us to think about how important it is to be prepared for these unforeseen events and the need to remain calm in stressful situations.
Enseguida nos atendieron y el señor José, un mecánico con mucha experiencia, comenzó la reparación. Nos explicó que el proceso tomaría tiempo, lo cual ya esperábamos, por lo que nos armamos de paciencia y nos dispusimos a esperar. Las largas horas en el taller nos sirvieron para pensar sobre lo importante que es estar preparados para estos imprevistos y la necesidad de mantener la calma en situaciones de tensión.
Little by little, we saw how the repair was progressing, until finally the truck was ready.
With the peace of mind of having solved the problem, my husband and I continued with our routine and headed for the tour of the Unik hotel. It was necessary to check the state of their water and make sure everything was in order. After completing this task, we went straight to my father's house to return his truck. Knowing that he could finally have his vehicle back gave us great satisfaction, as we knew how important it was to him.
When he saw us arrive with the repaired truck, my father could not hide his joy. He greeted us with a huge smile.
Poco a poco, fuimos viendo cómo avanzaba la reparación, hasta que finalmente la camioneta estuvo lista.
Con la tranquilidad de haber solucionado el problema, mi esposo y yo seguimos con nuestra rutina y nos dirigimos a hacer el recorrido por el hotel Unik. Era necesario verificar el estado de sus aguas y asegurarnos de que todo estuviera en orden. Después de completar esta tarea, nos fuimos directo a casa de mi padre para devolverle su camioneta. Saber que finalmente podía contar nuevamente con su vehículo nos dio una gran satisfacción, pues sabíamos lo importante que era para él.
Al vernos llegar con la camioneta reparada, mi padre no pudo ocultar su alegría. Nos recibió con una sonrisa inmensa.
We took the motorcycle and started our way back home. On the way, we enjoyed the scenery that the beautiful nature of the island offered us. We had spent an intense day, full of unforeseen events and situations that required us to be alert, but it was all behind us.
Despite the fatigue and stress that comes with worries, we managed to solve the breakdown of the truck and complete our work for the day. A little tension was inevitable, but in the end, the relief of having solved it all made up for it.
Tomamos la moto y emprendimos el camino de regreso a casa. En el trayecto, disfrutamos del paisaje que la bella naturaleza de la isla nos ofrecía. Habíamos pasado una jornada intensa, llena de imprevistos y situaciones que nos exigieron estar alertas, pero ya todo había quedado atrás.
A pesar de la fatiga y el estrés que surge cuando se tienen preocupaciones, logramos resolver la rotura de la camioneta y completar nuestro trabajo del día. Fue inevitable sentir un poco de tensión, pero al final, el alivio de haberlo solucionado lo compensa todo.
