Every day, we are trying to make the best out of the things that we have and trying to move forward in the direction that we want to be reaching. Still, there are often a couple of days which feels a little bit more difficult in comparison to the other one and every little ask my cock that particular day feels like it is much more different and harder than the other days. And often we feel like just staying in our bed, under the blanket, is the safest place to be. Those days feel like a war, even getting out of our beds. But definitely at the end, we decide to keep moving and gather that particular courage to get it all done regardless of whatever we feel like.
It can be very easy to give up in those moment and try to just leave that particular day and think about we are going to catch up the very next day but surely it is a very big test of her purpose it serves because the hard days are going to be testing the strength that we have in many ways and also going to be looking forward towards the purpose for which we started a particular thing and if that is something which can be demeaned to just take a bit of rest.
There can be a lot of things which we might look for motivation to get through that particular day but it is within our self because there are a lot of responsibilities that we are surrounded with and thinking about all of the responsibilities can process forward and that is something which is going to make a little bit better than yesterday and going through this hard days are going to be the key to keep moving and finding strength out of everything.
Many a times this difficulty that we face to just keep working and keep moving ahead and also we feel like just staying in bed for a day is much more than physical it is acting on our psychological level spell because it is doing to impact our brain and it is going to signal that we are having certain stress that can be cured if we take a little bit of as but it is not going to be meaning the fact that we are physically unfit and can't be getting in the efforts that I needed for the day.
It is a mental battle that we need to win as well because most of the times we need to be very much powerful in all aspects that involves are mental space as well and that is what we need to conquer and just keep moving ahead because progress is only going to be made if we are continuously doing something and involved in certain actions but it is going to be very stagnant if we are not doing anything anyone the smallest of action in a particular day such as even brushing your teeth can be a progress and motivate us to do the next thing and in that manner the cycle is going to start which is going to be a very good trigger to do everything.
Motivation is something that can be found in almost everything that will look for and it can be even of the most simplest of reasons that we can be getting into doing something that we need to be doing your other than something that is quite glamorous such as a very popular short video that will just saw on social media or a quotation that we read but it is much more effective if it comes from within our awakening by realising something.
One of the most ignore things about motivation is going to be self compassion itself because when it is already a very hard day for us and we feel like not doing anything it goes to be very much important that we are standing right by and our self because we need to be making a self feel that we are capable and after doing everything and we are actually going to get it done as well and also reassuring ourself at every single step while staying away from the guilt.
One of the best things that we can be doing when we get such type of feelings is to breakdown our bigger goals into smaller one such as just mentioning the few task that we need to get done and one he stand doing them one by one we are going to find the energy while we are in that cycle and that is how we can get into it and after that we need to remember the bigger purpose that we are going for everyday and making a cell believe that we are meant much more than just surviving and making things done which we have started it all for.
All in all we need to realise the packed that once we are having a particular day when we feel like we are not willing to get out of the bed we need to make ourself feel that we are not lazy it can happen we are humans but we need to fill around a way with which we can find that energy to channelise it while making the things done which you want to be doing even on the hard days which is why we are going to be much better then what we used to be just the previous day.
