Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest-Round 398

Hello Everyone!

This photo was taken right after we played pickleball for the first time. I actually asked my cousin to take a picture so I could blog about my first pickleball experience—but when I looked at the photos later, something else caught my attention: my shadow.

It looked surprisingly cool, almost like it was caught in motion, ready to hit the ball. That’s when I decided to use this photo as my entry for this week’s shadow contest instead. It perfectly captured not just my excitement from trying something new, but also the energy and movement of the game.

Pickleball turned out to be a really fun sport—somewhere between badminton and tennis, but lighter and more social. We spent most of our time chasing the ball around since it was our first time, but it was full of laughter and friendly competition.

And yes, I apologize for my stupid pose—my cousin made me do it, and I was gullible enough to listen. Still, it turned out to be worth it because it gave me a great shadow shot for the contest!
