It's true that the effects of climate change might not be felt immediately, depending on time frame you're considering.

But to expand on that, it's that same lack of caring and planning for the future that is really doing us in.. in more ways than one!
Politicians campaigning today only think about what they can claim as victories during their government. They have no interest in planning a few years past that, let alone decades. Sustainability is just nox a sexy issue for them and we should be vocal about it.

It's incredibly sad that our generations will have to endure many sacrifices only to face the growing strenght of this danger in our late years, when we'll be at our weakest. It's so easy to feel powerless and become disillusioned with these things.
