Hello, friends, food lovers, and community greetings! These days, I am taking it easy and trying to make easy vegan food. last time I made easy vegetable fry couscous with vegan shrimps? no, it is paprika pakkoda.flitters.
Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
3 small almond potatoes
3 small carrots
8 cherry tomatoes
1 spring onion
3 sprigs of coriander
1/2 cup frozen green peas
1 green paprika
16 green beans
1/2 white onion chopped, leftover from the other day.
2 green chilies
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 slice of lemon
2 tbsp oil
Thoroughly washed couscous and green peas and mixed in a bowl and kept aside.

Had chopped onion.
Chopped green beans
In a pan, warmed the oil.
Added onion and chili. stirred until transparent.

Added potato slices and cooked them until they became crunchy.

In the rest of the oil, added all the vegetables and stirred them until they are crunchy but cooked.
Mixed the couscous and peas.
Added couscous and peas to the vegetables.
Added salt and pepper.
Squeezed a lemon slice into it. Stirred and cooked for 2 minutes.
Added chopped coriander.
Added tahini, switched off the heat, and covered and kept it on the stove.
Making paprika pakkoda
Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp bishap weed seeds.
oil for frying.
2 green paprika
Mixed all dry ingredients, including bishap weed seeds.
Adding water made the thick batter.
Put the paprika slices in the batter and coated them nicely.
Warmed the appropriate amount of oil in a small skillet/
dropped the coated paprika into the warm oil and fried it until the coating became crispy.
They are ready.
Now added cooked potato slices, onion, and chilies to the couscous.

And served with tomato halves and paprika pakkodas
This time I made the couscous a different way, but it turned out more delicious than what I do regularly.
