I didn't know how important breakfast is.,not until I noticed that my body was lacking nutrients. Then I changed my meal plans to always start the day with a nutritious meal that provides energy and essential nutrients.
Anyway, I previously tried skipping breakfast to lose weight, but I realized I was missing out on important nutrients everyday but not anymore. Now, I have gone back to my normal routine of eating a balanced breakfast to support my overall health
I fully understand now that breakfast play a significant role in daily energy and nutrients intake.
Today I will be making one of my favorites breakfast recipes. Let's get started:
INGREDIENTS
2 medium size potatoes
300g firm tofu cubed
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion
2 clove garlic
3 small tomatoes
¼ dried rosemary
¼ teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Ground pepper
Fresh pepper
5 stalks scent leaves
Salt to taste.
Step 1.
Peel and wash potatoes, slice in thick rounds and marinate with oil, salt, ground pepper and grill for 10 minutes per side until slightly tender.
Step 2.
Wash tomatoes and slice, chop onion, mince garlic. Then, just heat oil in a pan over medium heat and don't forget to crumble the tofu.
Step 3.
Add onion, garlic and saute until softened.
Add sliced tomatoes and stir
Then add tofu scramble, tumeric, paprika, fresh peppers rosemary and salt and stir to combine it. Cook as you breakup tofu with a spatula until scrambled.
Serve tofu scramble with hot grilled potatoes with green tea and lemon juice.
It was a mouth watering vegan dish anyone would love to eat.
