Warm greetings to everyone and happy Sunday from me to everyone here I hope you all are enjoying your weekend as for me and my family we enjoyed the weekend and still enjoying with a special meal I made for the family.
Is Sunday everyone is going to stay at home today and visitors will also come or we may go to visit other people so I made a delicious meal for lunch for the hole family is bean pudding with cabbage.
It been a long time I have been carving for it, the first day I tested bean pudding with cabbage was when I finished my secondary school and my principal took us out for lunch and he ordered bean pudding with cabbage for everybody and I was like how will this taste I even asked one of my friend , don't you think that this is a bad combination and she said I should relax and give it a try I never can tell, so we eat the meal and it was very good and healthy.
Let's see the ingredients I used in making my beans pudding.
INGREDIENTS USED
4 cups of beans
1/2 cabbage
1/2 cup of red oil
2 onions
Salt to taste
7 piece of fresh pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my bean pudding I will first remove dirt from my beans and now sock my beans in my neat water allow for some minutes I will now remove beans skin.
STEP 2
I will now seive out the beans chaff after removing from the beans I will continuously change water that will make my beans neat.
STEP 3
I will now wash and slice my onions and wash my pepper and add to my beans before blending.
STEP 4
After blending I will now add my red oil and my salt and stir very well.
STEP 5
I will now put them into my neat nylon and tie I will put some portion in each nylon I will put the in my pot add water and cook.
STEP 6
While waiting for my beans to get done I will now wash and slice my cabbage.
Here my beans pudding is ready I will now serve.
Looking at this dish is very healthy and the taste is topnotch.
