Earn money playing games on your phone

Apps that pay you to use other apps, predominantly games, are nothing new. Especially on the Android platform. While many are fakes, scams, or just malware, there are a few gems in the mix. Take Money Cash for instance. This is an app I have been using these last couple days and I can honestly say, it is not a scam. In the video below, I show my payout history. An app that will stay on my phone.

How It Works

Games and app publishers pay apps such as Money Cash to promote their games. You are given some of the money that an app like Money Cash receives. It is similar to being monetized on YouTube or other platforms – you receive a portion of that payment.

I do not know the trade-off, apps like Money Cash are not public about that information.

There are several ways apps like Money Cash pay.

Something, usually coins, per minute of app use.

Coins per task – often completing milestones in the app or game such as connecting an e-mail or beating levels or bosses.

Finally, in-app purchases in the games and apps you download and use via Money Cash.

That last one is the most lucrative and fastest way to earn more. The other two are slower, much slower.

Per minute and per task are often 25 to 200 coins at a time with a minimum cashout being 5,000+ coins ($1 via Amazon as of this writing).

I personally save up for $50 Amazon or Google Play payments. Those are 260,000 points.

Tips to Maximize Earnings With No Money Spent

Play games that are high paying, collect Google Play payments. Cash back programs in the various apps and games are going to pay the best so stack Google Play payments as fast as possible.

Often dating apps or other apps that are similar to Money Cash are the best options to stack Google Pay cash back payments. Pay attention and keep track of which you have installed.

Finally, open Money Cash then the app so that your progress and payments are properly tracked and paid.

Hiccups and Concerns

I understand that these apps can be seen as scams. I was cautious myself. I have used many over the years and it seems the ones that pay well never stick around. Money Cash has been around for a long time now, so has another similar app I will cover later.

That alone is one reason I am covering Money Cash. Another is it has paid out.

The only hiccups I have experienced so far was an In-App Purchase with one game, it was something like spending $5 and I would get $12 back in Money Cash. The purchase was not logged by Money Cash. This may have been because I opened the game directly rather than going through Money Cash to open it.

That is an annoyance, but it is necessary.

Money Cash and other similar apps monitor your app usage so they can manage when you complete tasks.

You can download Money Cash on Google Play for Android devices and iTunes for Apple devices.
