MCGI TOPIC REVIEW | Is Religion Needed For Salvation?

in MCGI Cares Hive2 months ago

Many people today, we don't need religion,
but when the world is traced back, they would, from the world traced, meaning worship. It becomes impossible to separate religion from just our major relationship with God.

How can someone claim to love God,
yet rejects the worship itself? So what is important to me the most is that, the idea that religion is not about those labors, those buildings or those traditions, if I tell you what I mean.

When we talk about true religion here, it's about reconnecting with God, because we have all gone astray in the faith. Brother Eli reminds us that God himself calls us to return to me. And that returning is exactly what religion, to bind again, means.

This also makes a powerful point. We get in the church, Christ established like rejecting Christ himself. Jesus founded the church, is taught in the church and died for the sake of the church. So how can anyone say it's unnecessary?

I find that James 1-7 brings everything all together. Two religion is not just dying to charity. Compassion and keeping oneself away from the world is both action and information. This teaching really clarifies that religion in biblical form is essential for anyone who genuinely seeks God.
