While investigating the strange machine, the Guardians slipped into the hanger below and received a call from Cosmo urging them to find Ko-Rel. Before we could move, we were attacked by corrupted Nova forces. Using teamwork and coordinated commands, we fought through waves of enemies and defeated some powerful elite soldiers.
When we were getting close to the machine, it seemed like something was being stocked up.
I had to take Groot's help in creating a bridge so we could move ahead easily, though such help wouldn't be needed for the guardians of the movies we know.
Gamora was saying we needed to destroy this thing when we still didn't know what this is. Plus, we'd probably end up taking out the entire ship in trying to destroy this thing so I jumped there and saw I was the only one doing this.
Then the other guardians followed me and we were slipping below towards the planet, without knowing what was going to happen. But we landed below the machine, in the same hanger.
Then Cosmo talked to us to check in after all this time and suggested us to find Ko-Rel as she might have answers about what was happening there.
We went ahead and this robotic figure came close to us flying. I was hoping this is Ko-Rel as she had a similar suit.
But that's a compromised Nova soldier who came to take us down. This one was stronger so we didn't take her/him lightly and fought with seriousness.
There came a lot more enemies after we took down that one and I commanded Drax to throw an explosive barrel towards some of them when I started taking care of the others.
I kept electrifying them with the lightning shots and then I was kicking them after getting close to them, while the other guardians were doing their parts taking my commands.
There came another tough enemy at last whom I attacked enough and got a chance to let all the guardians doing their special attacks one after another. So, after Rocket blew an explosive over this enemy, Peter kicked her.
Seeing Peter kicking that one like a soccer ball, Groot wanted to do the same and when the others were done doing their parts, Peter did the last punch and took the enemy down.
We were spared of the fights for the moment after that.
I'll show what happens next later.
