An Afternoon at the Park.

in Gaming Photography20 days ago

I took a break from superhero duties to test an e-bike's performance in a park. Despite cheering crowds and a beautiful sunset, the bike developed a dangerous short circuit. I navigated construction zones and used a sudden speed burst to clear a massive jump, finishing the test just in time.

After coming from the dead, I decided to give Peter some social life. I went for this side quest where I had to test a new e-bike in a park. I picked up the bike near a stand.

The plan was to pedal the cycle through the park for testing its stability and its battery life. I moved along the paved paths, feeling the electric motor kick in as I accelerated. The handling felt smooth, and the bike responded well to my initial steering inputs.

I could see people cheering around the park as the sun was about to set very soon.

I noticed boards mentioning a live concert nearby, which added to the lively atmosphere. Then there was a ramp that I used to try a cycle jump, which was a good stunt.

I had to pass some checkpoints and end the run in a limited time. I was running fast, but suddenly I noticed there was a glitch on the cycle. Sparkling energy flickered around the frame, and I realized the internal engine was experiencing some severe electrical shocks.

There was black smoke coming out of the bike as the system began to fail. I started running even faster to compensate for the failing motor, determined to finish the test.

The plan was to get to the finishing line in the limited time, but there was construction ongoing in my path. It became tougher than I imagined as I had to weave between orange cones and heavy machinery, all while the bike was vibrating violently.

As there was something wrong with the bike, I was getting slowed down periodically. But suddenly, something happened to the bike and it got some super speed. It felt like the battery discharged all its remaining power at once.

I tried this big jump through the ramp, and I noticed I was just above a busy road. It was a cool scene for sure, seeing the city traffic pass beneath me while I was airborne on a smoking bicycle. I landed hard but managed to keep my balance.

At last, I reached the finishing line in time. Peter understood a short circuit had caused thermal runaway, which caused all this problem. I parked the scorched bike and relayed the data back to the team.

I'm glad that the test drive was finally over.

That's all for now. I'll write about more of this story again soon. Be safe till we meet again.
Au revoir/Goodbye.
